I'm a big fan of this little coffee place off of Freeport, especially during the Rona times teleworking and staying in the majority of the time. My boyfriend has brought me their breakfast bagel sammies and coffee drinks a few times now, and they've all been delicious. I may be even a little addicted now. As an added bonus, they have oat milk, my favorite dairy substitute. Yum! The two coffee drinks I've had and enjoyed so much are their iced mocha and cold brew. Definitely recommend! As for the bagel sammies, I've had the egg, cheese, n sausage patty, and the egg, cheese, n bacon, and both are fantastic. The bacon is the one I like best if I had to choose. Yum again I say! Located on Freeport & 11th ave, this is a great spot for grabbing munchies to enjoy in Land Park or at the smaller Cervantes Park across the street. It's also right next to Sac City. They have parking spaces and there's a couple pokestops/ WU inns nearby too. read more

Maybe a little generous with the 5 stars, but I am quite thankful a friendly, solid option in walking distance from me. Drive across town destination? Probably not, but their press toasted breakfast bagel sandwiches and breakfast burritos keep me coming back. The coffee is solid. Yes, they have oat milk. I know you were wondering. Yes, this is the former Metro Coffee location with a new owner. No noticeable remodeling has been done. This isn't an instagram coffee shop like Temple or Chocolate Fish. But outdoor options and takeout come in more handy these days anyway. read more

I went for a work meeting next door and went inside to get a coffee before the meeting started. This coffee shop gave me 1980/90s style. I was told that this is one of the oldest coffee shops in sacramento. I spoke to the owner and he was educational. He told me about the different manufactures they get their products from and that was a cool lesson. I loved that. They were very accommodating. I asked if they make Vietnamese style of coffee. They don't but they were willing to let me customize which I appreciate bc I can't have whole milk. read more

TLDR: great local cafe, highly recommend! Lot of options for drinks and food and great holiday menu as well. Wanted to try a different cafe in Sac with my husband yesterday and came across this one on Yelp with great reviews. It did not disappoint and actually surpassed our expectations. The owner was really nice and had a great rapport with customers. The employees were all nice and the barista who helped us was very accommodating with my tea order. They offer a lot of halal options like the turkey bacon bagel, but my husband and I both opted for the turkey croissant sandwich which was really good with the pesto spread. My husband got the tuxedo mocha which was delicious (a little sweet for my husbands taste but perfect to me, the owner also told my husband to let him know if he wanted it less sweet so he was very accommodating). Started off having a rough morning but this place completely changed my mood! It was my first time going in with my partner , we had just come from the auto shop & wanted to map a quick breakfast. We got a bagel & 2 coffees .. I kid you not BEST BAGEL & COFFEE IVE EVER HAD. We got a Mexican mocha with no spice & I got a special .. honey cinnamon froth I believe . Not bitter at all (like some other shops I've been to) & full of flavor . 5 stars on its own but the cherry on top was the service , owner & lady cashier were so full of life & funny , that alone would bring me back . 100% recommend if you're ever in the area. read more

I came bright and early one day and ordered a cold brew. The room was empty. Maybe it was just a bad day but the lady who helped me really seemed like i was the worst thing in her life. It really made me feel like i was in the wrong spot. Since then i just dont feel comfortable visiting again. The coffee was also not great. I love supporting small business but its tough when you get treated like an inconvenience. I hate to be mean but i wish them the best. read more

Aw pretty disappointed with this visit. As I said in a past review, this is my go to spot for breakfast/lunch since it's so close to work but I was very sad to see my bagel was burnt and it was hard to eat. They did pack it up to go, so I am sure they had seen how inedible it was. Other than that, the workers are always very bright and have great spirits. The place was pretty packed when I had came. Wasn't too loud, but louder than usual. Hope to have a better experience next time. read more

The coffee and food are so delicious for a great price, the workers and the owner are really friendly, and I love studying here because it's not too busy and they're open late compared to other coffee shops. Remains awesome! Pro tip? Call in your order. We usually get the quiche and a breakfast burrito. By calling in they put the burrito in the panini press and it's all hot and delicious! And quiche is always its best self when it's hot! read more

Been three times so far and it's been great every time. Officially my new go to local spot. The owner is very welcoming, he makes it a point to socialize and remember his clients. The other girls that work there are also professional and kind. They have plenty of seating and outlets if you need a place to do some work. I haven't tried a lot of their food yet but I can say the turkey sausage bagel is delish. They have a great combo deal if you also get a drink. I'm not a coffee girl so I stick to their matcha, it is a little on the sweeter side which is not to my liking but I just ask for it a little less sweetened and it's perfect. REPOSTING SINCE MY REVIEW WAS TAKEN DOWN. Came in 2/12/24 with my fiancé for our second time and the experience was totally opposite from the first time. The little girl grilling the bagels had a disgusting attitude when we asked which food was ours since it was during the rush. The girl said in a condescending tone obviously this one, then proceeds to roll her eyes... we ordered food not your personal feelings. Loved the nibbles and slurps at this delightful cafe! The owner is incredibly welcoming and puts a lot of thought and care into his plant-based menu. The service was quick and the employees were very helpful. I visited around 7:30am with my partner and it was rather empty and easy to find parking. The employees were in good spirits and chatted with us which was nice. (Be warned on weekend's especially after church it can be hard to find parking). The coffee was tasty, but nothing out of this world. Will have to come back again to try the food. Loved the decor and set up of the place. It all felt very cozy and inviting. read more

Located in an inconspicuous strip mall, I was warmly greeted with a friendly "hello" and a bright smile. I decided to switch things up, and I actually ordered a strawberry iced Matcha latte. Hands-down, this was one of the best Matcha lattes I have had in a long time and the strawberry added a nice twist. The service was fast and extremely friendly and the prices were fair. There was ample parking and if you are a fan of Vietnamese coffee I would highly recommend checking this place out.

The place is called Tomo Tea House on N Freeway Blvd in Natomas. Their parking situation is pretty good as they have a huge lot that they share with many other popular businesses. It's the cutest little shop and they have the cutest interior with a few tables inside for customers. They have a kiosk one can order from but I ordered at the regular cashier. They have a pretty good display case which features many of their mochi donuts available that day. This particular visit was kind of unique in that I went there towards the end of business day,so I was able to pick up six donuts for only $1 each,so I ended up getting a lot more donuts than usual. I can 100% say that after eating all six donuts they do make a quality mochi donut and they really nailed the proper texture and sweetness level. Let's rank the donuts I picked up that day. 1. Chocolate With Fruity Pebbles-5/5-I really enjoyed the over the top sweetness of the toppings with the subdued sweetness of the donut. 2. Cookies N Cream-4/5-Im a pretty big fan of Cookies n Cream so this flavor combo really worked. 3. Churro-3.75/5-i think they pulled off the churro flavor pretty well and I really enjoyed this donut. 4. Funnel Cake-2.5/5- I'm not the biggest fan of Funnel Cake,so I'm probably the wrong audience but yeah just didn't enjoy it too much. 5. Ube-1.5/5- like the funnel cake,not a massive fan of Ube flavor so this flavor profile didn't work for me-sadly I had two of these. Overall I really enjoyed my visit to this shop and they currently are my go-to spot for mochi donuts in the Natomas area. They have a really high quality product here.

had a craving for some matcha halfway through a very, VERY long roadtrip. was cheerfully greeted upon entering, the vibes in there felt welcoming and cute. ended up getting recommended the nutella croissant and OMG, it was fantastic. i wish i took a picture, but i scarfed it down quickly. i write this review as I sip the last few sips of my iced lavender matcha, with a renewed strength to keep it moving on this drive. and my boyfriend says thank you for the complimentary cup of coffee. and it's good coffee! "it's roasted perfectly" (he's a bit of a coffee snob, and it got his approval!) 10/10. check this place out. you won't regret it! i'll absolutely be back next time I make it back to sacramento :) read more

It's a great spot to visit, explore, and Seasons also has a little gift shop inside while you wait for your coffee.
