I arrived and the business was very clean and neat. I was greeted immediately. Again... so appreciative of that type of customer service. Sedashia walked right out to take pics to start the process. She asked if I had any questions and was helpful with her responses. She promised a quote within 2 days. I received the quote via email the same day. She even texted me to let me know it had been emailed so that I wouldn't overlook it. Customer service is top notch here.

I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

They were able to order the part and replace it. We had a little mishap that mistakenly happened on their end and they were able to repair that as well with fairness. The most important part of my experience of being a client of A Plus Auto Repair is the integrity, professionalism, and kindness that Mr. Wayne displayed. This has caused more and more problems too occur with my car. I visited A+ auto today and this is where I'll be going from now on. They took everything I had to say into consideration, listened to me asked the proper questions needed and provided all the services I needed for the price we had already discussed. I want to say thank you to the establishment for having integrity and being honest with me. They also explained to me what was really wrong with my car, witch I'll be back in the near future to handle. Since I left my car has been running smoother, actually feels like normal again!

Immediately I wasn't thrilled about taking my car to the shop but it needed to be taken care of. I met Avi and Ruby (the owners) and they gave the best customer service possible. Now my only gripe is how long it took for my vehicle to get fixed but it was worth the wait only because a major issue became minor to them. I wound up having to pay my deductible and anything that wasn't approved by the warranty company which wasn't a lot extra but they were very thorough and kept me up to date through out the entire process. Unfortunately I did have to return my vehicle the following day but they were prompt on trying to figure out what happened and got me back rolling in no time.

The repair for the "check engine light" would clear for approximately 2 weeks and reappear each time. THEY NEVER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. The owner would give one repair cost over the phone to my husband and charge me a different repair price on the premises...He claimed that the computer was at fault! As if that wasn't enough, they lost the engine cover to my car without making an effort to correct. Refuse to return a $15 overcharge and want us to deduct it from our next charge when we bring the car back to be repaired! This business was initially dependable about 18 months ago, but given the recent circumstances, I would advise you to choose a different car repair shop. This place is more about money than it is about quality service. It's like playing Russian Roulette...Just don't trust them!
