54th street has really fallen off. It use to be my favorite chain spot. I ordered the chicken finger meal, with a house salad, water w/ no lemon, and baked potato today. I asked for no ranch because I hate it. My water came with lemon, my fries were hard and cold, they ran out of baked potatoes hence the fries, and the ranch I didn't want spilled all over the chicken fingers. The salad is a $3 up charge, and any additions to the salad such as extra croutons or dressing is an up charge. The Colony location is better, but overall I won't be back. I'd rather go to Chili's. read more

Great place for steak or seafood. I've had both here. Their queso dip is YUMMY!! I've had rockfish, shrimp, steak, and salads. A friend always gets their summer salad, and she loves it. Cool ambiance inside, lots of room, and the service has always been been good. Watch your back outside due to people trying to also get to other nearby restaurants and a gigantic gym. We visited the Frisco location after a great first impression in Allen, as we wanted to try something else from their extensive menu. This time, I got the Grilled Reuben sandwich, and my wife got the Chicken Fajita Skillet. Both dishes were excellent, and the service from Kam was five stars. She told us that today was her first day, but she was an expert and had the best attitude! I came into the bar Friday night around 8pm to have a French dip sandwich. I was immediately greeted by a young lady and brought a water. Then just kind of left in the dust. Both bartenders were making drinks for the dining room and not attending to the guest at the bar. 15min later I was able to order my food. It came out cold with the sauce on the bun and that's not the way I ordered it. I also had no silverware or napkin. I had to wait another 10min for someone to simply come over and ask me how everything was. She offered to remake my food. My appetite had already been ruined but I accepted the offer anyways. Another fatty and sloppy stacked French dip was brought to me but at lease it was warm and prepared the way I asked. I felt like they took the same meat and just heated it up with the sauce on it that I don't like bc I could still taste the sauce. I ate 1/2 of it bc it still just wasn't good and it's my favorite sandwich. Once the check was brought out I was insulted and told "I hope u have a better day" as if I did something wrong by coming into your establishment to receive terrible service and food. After 45 years of eating ribs, today I received the most anemic uninspiring ribs ever. Just because the restaurant took delivery of them shouldn't mean they should be served. Is this the level of quality control at this place. It looks like the chef actually cut all the meat off the ribs before cooking them. What a terrible waste of money. Maybe since this was a delivery order he/she thought it was a good opportunity to unload sun-par food. With these standards, what else is leaving the kitchen like this. The baked beans were terrible. We came here on a whim for a late lunch on Saturday. It is a huge place with a bar and restaurant side. It was fairly empty around one pm so we were seated right away. Our server was training a noob so she explained that to us and apologized for any inconvenience. They were both nice so it didn't affect anything. The food was overall nice. Nothing spectacular but also good enough that we're happy to return for another casual lunch day given the prices are pretty standard. I got the devil's den burger which features the Carolina reaper cheese and it was mildly disappointed in the heat. I get it, mass market but still if you rock the reaper, give it some respect. It was a nice enough burger but I wish it had some more texture to the bite. Rattlesnake pasta and Philly steak which my fam got and split were solid. Came here last night (7/2/2024) with a group of guys after playing basketball, and this was a terrible experience. I rarely write one star reviews, but I do write them. We arrived at 9:15 PM, we placed our order at 9:30 PM, and we didn't receive any item until 10:15 PM. Oh and the place closes at 11. It wasn't packed. The manager even came by to assist, but didn't really help too much. If you wanted to really help, get the bartender to make drinks instead of just chatting around. I watched the ENTIRE time. I am extremely disappointed on how long it took for us to receive our food and drinks, and no apologies or anything to make up for it. The bar had 2 people sitting there.... It took 45 minutes to bring us a few beers and drinks, with an empty bar along with a pretty empty restaurant. I wanted to sleep this off, and wake up to see how I would feel before writing this review. But I am still trying to understand what took so long. Wouldn't you want to accommodate the group of 10 that kept asking for our food and drinks? I am still shocked. I will not name names, but this location made a group of 10 guys (who all have wives & kids) so upset, that we will never go to this location again. To the manager and owner of this location, you need to do better. There is NO excuse to take that long to serve us. I bit my tongue and took it in stride last night, but as a manager, you need to recognize these type of situations and resolve it ASAP. Still shocked..... read more

I was hungry and wanted to try it, so I scanned the QR code, ordered, got my 10% off; it was delivered in the estimated time frame. DoorDash gave updates throughout and it was easy to track the driver. The bag was packed perfectly with utensils, food was fresh and warm, and tasted delicious! I wasn't sure what to expect as I'm traveling and new to this area, but I highly recommend the crab cakes. They are flaky and have great flavor without a bunch of fillers. The roasted pepper sauce was tasty and complimentary to the seafood. The steak bowl came in a large portion and will be great for leftovers tomorrow. Cousin had the Lieutenant Dan's Shrimp Platter, of which I confiscated a shrimp and ooowee perfectly modestly battered, succulent, and delicious. Cousin was right, and 54th Street is a YES for me!
