I came to them for a leak in my tire a few years ago and they took such great, honest care of us that I decided to come back for a regular tune up instead of going to the dealership I'm accustomed to. As a single mom I appreciate the honesty- I never feel like they're upselling me. I needed my windshield wipers replaced as well and they ordered it special and has it delivered to their shop so I could leave today with it since it was raining. Had some brake issues and my prior go-to repair shop went out of business, so I decided to give this auto shop a try given amazing views on Yelp. They were easy to reach, responsive and honest. They let me know brake pads are fine and unless the squealing sound was very bothersome, just leave it until brake pads need to be changed. We got a quote from a dealership on a condenser and evaporator for 1800. When calling to get a second quote from this place they pointed out that the part was an issue for said company and that it was under an extended warranty. Mitch (shop owner) is one of the most honest people I have met, full of integrity, and just a joy to talk to. I have experience with many, many mechanics, and Mitch and his shop is a true unicorn. You will be getting great quality service, competitive pricing, and complete transparency. I have never detected anything close to manipulation or deceit, only the total opposite. I had the worst experience on 1/24/24 with service place or lack of of service. I dropped my car off for a simple diagnosis because my engine light came on plus I wanted quotes for a couple other services. Left the car with John only to return at 5:30pm to pick my car up and get my diagnosis and quotes only to find out NOTHING was done all day long...WFT??? What a waste of time and no apology from John who just appeared clueless the entire time. Stay away everyone. This place is not professional or reliable! My Mom's Honda Fit had a broken lug stud from another shop and they tried to charge her $850 to change. Ridiculous! Took my Prius here for a multi-point inspection and oil change. It was quick and easy to make an appointment for Saturday morning. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Mitch and he got the car in to be serviced immediately.
