We had other mold remediation in other properties before and learned that the well-publicized national contractor (think green trucks) was not going to take the care we needed on our home. A-1 Pro was incredibly responsive to our challenge. They were always very professional, reliable, efficient, and very, very clean. They kept the project moving on the timeline they committed to and pleasantly accommodated change orders we requested as our job progressed. Highly recommend Chris and his team to help you out. Very professional and glad It was a good and smooth process coming from horrible situation with water damage. He took the time to address all of our concerns and even came by after the repairs were finished to replace our new shower head that was damaged. Him and his team were very detailed oriented with the exception of a few issues we noticed afterwards such as, our bathroom sink not being fully pushed back on one side, a few walls he combined 2 baseboards instead of using one longer piece, our smoke detector was missing, and the sealing of prior holes in the wall from our toilet paper holder was very poorly done. He did use the backyard to store a lot of the supplies but didn't tell us he had the dry wall material back there as well so thankfully we checked and didn't turn on the sprinklers those days. As well as leaving the gate open one of the days which isn't too big of a deal, however we do have pets. Family friends highly recommended this company after they had utilized their services on multiple homes. Leo was out the next day, free of charge, to assess the damage and provide some guidance on how to proceed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through worst and best case scenarios. Within a few days, he had technicians to rip up our baseboard and some flooring to dry it out. Overall, they removed/replaced a small part of our wall, baseboard and flooring due to some leaking through a cable hole, which they discovered and patched up for us. We were so pleased with the work! Charlene and Leo both were so accommodating to squeeze us in last minute amidst some other projects that were far more severe than ours. Each and every technician that worked in our house was polite and meticulously clean in the aftermath. Chase (with helper Andrew) patched it up perfectly, dealing with the fact that one of the 4 speaker mounting points had been broken. The other cuts, in our wall, were also patched perfectly. Texture was applied to both, matching the rest of the ceiling and wall. We were given the option of doing the painting ourselves, or they could come back and paint it. We chose the latter, so Chase came back a few days later (after everything had dried) and completed the job. No one could possibly tell there was repair work done in any of the places. They were on time (or a bit early) both times. They laid a paper runner to the area, preserving our carpeting (and wore booties at other times). Casey (the owner) was super responsive via text, and was a pleasure to work with. The price was a bit more than I had originally expected, but the amount of work involved was also more than I realized. I highly recommend Wallen's Drywall for any drywall job you need done.
