After sitting in my car and realizing how dissatisfied I was, I went back inside less than ten minutes later to politely ask if they could shorten and repaint my nails. The staff seemed visibly frustrated, even though the fix was quick and simple and took less than ten minutes. I was then told I needed to pay an additional thirty dollars. My nail tech apologized, but that doesn't change the fact that I was charged extra to correct something that wasn't done as requested in the first place. Celina suggested that we could try a luminary hard gel overlay on my natural nails for long-lasting strength (~1 month) and nail growth without the need for gel-x/tips.
