I wish I would've looked at the reviews before settling on this location to get a gel manicure. I normally get a gel manicure, keep the length and never have a problem with chipping. The experience here was quite uncomfortable. The technician made it very clear that their gel manicures chip often and tried to encourage me to get a dip or acrylic. I stuck to the gel and did not expect such bad results. My nails have chipped tremendously within a week. I have developed a fungal infection. This is a terrible experience. Ken is the man. What a meticulous nail technician. The salon is clean, open and organized and large! You are seated wherever you choose and the technician comes to you. The color book has an awesome variety of colors I don't normally see in every salon. His massage lasted 10 minutes and was AMAZING. I received the worst manicure of my life here today. They were insanely busy and I totally understand but for spending so much money I would have actually rather be told that there was a wait than having someone rush through and do a horrible job. I'm very particular about my nails but again, it's an expensive thing so I feel like it's ok to be picky. My nail technician was extremely rough. She cut me several times with the drill and didn't apologize. I told her what shape I wanted (square with round edges) and I wanted them short. She shaped them square with wide and fanned out edges. The dip polish is lumpy and bumpy, stuck in my cuticles and on the skin around my fingers, and all of my nails are uneven in shape and size. I mean they're so horrible my fiancé actually commented on them and said what's with your nails. And he never notices things like that. So. Yeah. Pretty bad. The last thing that is completely unacceptable is their tipping system. They make you tip in cash. And if you don't have any they make you use an atm in their salon that charges almost $5 for you to withdrawal cash. Cmon. It's 2022, does anyone carry cash anymore? I will never come here again. And now I'm going to have to pay someone to redo them because I can't stand to look at them for the next three weeks looking this horrible. read more

My lady didn't seem to think $20 for gel polish was a lot because it last a long time and regular nail polish chips so fast. She Tells me French is $8 more just because...I'm sorry the prices are just ridiculous. So you use less polish and want people to pay more. I haven't been here for a long time and I understand prices everywhere has gone up but you want to charge $20 extra for gel polish and $8 extra if we use less polish for French tip on toes. One bottle of gel polish doesn't even cost $20 each. And you don't use much out of a bottle on one person! That is just, in my opinion, greed. I used to pay $5 extra for gel or whatever and thought that was crazy but $20 wow! I usually spend $10-20 tipping workers but I just can't believe the owners are charging so many people that come in here just for gel $20 each on top of everything else they are already paying it's sad. read more

The gentleman who did my manicure did a great job on the shape and edges. It was my pedicure that looked awful. The lady did a great job cleaning up my feet and prepping but when it came to painting and adding acrylic to my big toes the shape and gel both looked terrible. I have gotten acrylic on my big toes dozens of time and never has the shape been so bad. When I told her I didn't like the shape she was as annoyed right off the bat. I'm paying extra for the acrylic so I wanted to make sure I liked it. I kept telling her how weird the shape was and after multiple times I just gave up. The gel also has bubbles which turn black as soon as any dirt gets on your toe. The clear gel coat was overflowing into my cuticles. I unfortunately will not be coming back because I feel like I just flushed $55 dollars down the drain on a pedicure I hate. read more

They raised their prices again (which were just raised). My last pedi last month was $25. The website now says $28 (see picture). My husband and I just left and were charged $33. The menu I was shown still said $25 for a classic pedicure. When we checked out, the menu at the register had $25 crossed out in marker and was hand written $33. Be prepared to pay more than you're expecting. Also, I got a manicure and selected color 207 which is silver glitter with flecks of pink. She gave me silver with red. After it was already done, I noticed it was red and looked at the color on the box; it said 210, not 207. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for me to stay for a polish change so now I've got Christmas-looking nails for Easter. And the pink glitter I got on my toes is usually super sparkly. She put a regular pink polish on and lazily added a little glitter on top. It's all spotty and uneven; it's not the the super sparkly bling-y look it's supposed to be. Annoying. I'm sure there are plenty of talented nail techs at this place, my sister was with me and didn't have any trouble with her mani/pedi but the man who did my pedicure clipped my nails sooo short and angled, so within an hour i knew I'd get an ingrown toenail and i woke up the next day with a big, red inflamed toe that's super tender. I also didn't get a polish, but it still cost the same amount as with a polish and my heels were still rough and scratchy when i got home. So basically i paid $33 + tip for someone to wash my feet and clip my nails too short so I'd get an infection. Can't say I'm not annoyed. However I went today, just to get a regular manicure. They were busy so I did expect a wait time. When they finally got to me it was almost closing time. And the lady who was doing my nails was rushing and made my thumb bleed and doesn't even apologize nor cleans it. She didn't even do my cuticles or files them correctly! I'm so disappointed with this place, honestly more for the customer service side of my experience. My friend and I called in before walking in, and the first call was ignored, then the second call the person who answered was a bit rude. We walked in and we're immediately seated together in one of the rows on the right side of the building. We picked our colors from a handmade booklet that was extremely dirty. Once a technician came over, she was not wearing a mask and actually kept getting up and running around the building while working on my friends nails. She at one point touched her face then went to touch my friends hands, I asked her to wash her hands and she was almost offended. She did end up putting a mask on, but c'mon. The technician working on my nails was nice enough but kept trying to talk about COVID and the vaccine, which I found inappropriate, to me it's like talking about politics. Really just came to get my nails done and get out, haha. The work they did was fine, the polish doesn't touch my cuticles so it looks like they're already grown out. This place looked promising, I paid 33 for a pedicure that lasted about 10 mins with horrible paint job! it was rushed didn't clean the cuticles properly everything was rushed , the chairs are dirty not sure if the towel was clean or dirty most importantly the pumice stone was used!!! NEVER AGAIN! Sat down to get a pedicure and they immediately turned on the 'back massager' It pounded deep into my back and hurt like the devil! Asked to please turn it off! Started to work on my heels and I flinched as my feet are also very sensitive, so she said 'sorry' and stopped entirely! Leg massage was a joke. Probably 1 minute, tops! DO NOT GET A WAX HERE! They burned my eyelid so badly, it removed multiple layers of skin. My skin is not sensitive. I have never had an issue with an eyebrow waxing, and I've been getting them waxed for 15+ years, until this very experience. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. In addition, when I tried to explain how I wanted my brows shaped, the wax person spoke over me saying "yea, yea I know you want them". She clearly didn't know because my eyebrows are not remotely the same shape. It's bad enough being burned but to have your full eyebrows looking uneven and patchy? This place has become a mill. I never see anyone clean tools between clients. All the containers with products in them are dirty and crusty. They lie about how long things will really take just to get you in. I had a person start my fill and said I will be back in two minutes. They went and started on another person. I waited another 40 minutes. I was ready to walk out with undone nails and they said, oh you're next. 10 minutes later, they resumed my fill. It was rushed and he hurt me and it looks terrible. Waste of $100 If you just want a pedicure and don't mind the dirty tools you could be okay. If you care how your fingernails look, go elsewhere.
