I will not be renewing my membership because this location has completely fallen apart. The turnover is beyond ridiculous. Every single visit there's a different General Manager , a different front desk employee, and a different aesthetician. At some point you have to ask why. Are employees quitting because of poor leadership, or are they constantly being fired? Either way, it speaks volumes about how this center is being run. The current General Manager COURTNEY is, without question, the worst I've encountered. COURTNEY is arrogant, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability or resolving even the simplest customer concerns. Instead of de-escalating situations, COURTNEY makes them worse. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is managing a business built on client relationships. This location has destroyed the reputation of a brand I was once happy to support. Corporate should take a serious look at what's happening here because this center is driving away long-term, loyal customers. I expect someone from corporate to contact me and explain how a location can decline this dramatically.

I'm giving you 1 star because I had to, first and foremost the lady "Kathy" who did my nails was phenomenal but I feel like your establishment rushes people in and out and because of that my nails are always ruined when I leave. I've given you all the benefit of the doubt by coming back but not anymore. I'm paying 41.00 for a manicure and pedicure and for what? My nails are not even painted correctly. The manicurist kept yanking my hand and that's not right, then she messes up my hand and then paints over it and says it's fine but it's isn't, it looked even worse. I'm not trying to sound like an awful person because I actually have worked in the beauty customer service industry for 15 years and this is not how you treat people. NEVER will I come back again! NEVER The manicurist takes off the disposable Shoes which I thought the guest keeps, not sure why maybe to reuse them. Either way, stop rushing people out of your business please...that's not right. So now a few of my nails are ruined and going to another business to get them fixed. Thanks read more

I normally go to Just For You salon for all of my waxing needs but I was meeting a friend at San Felipe and noticed that I needed my underarms waxed so I stopped in and they were able to take me in right away just so I can wait in the waxing room. Twenty minutes later an extremely skinny lady comes in to wax me, she was nice but very difficult to understand. Everything was fine until I noticed she kept on using the same stick and redipping it into the wax!! Which makes me believe she does that to all body parts including brazillian wax since that was the only waxing pot!!!! I was disgusted by the thought and excused myself to the bathroom after she was finished. I then quickly washed my underarms! Little behold my sensitive skin developed a rash. I have finally found a good nail tech I enjoy going to the salon I enjoy my nail tech she's very sweet nice clean and professional. sometimes you go in there and there's a woman acting like the owner or the boss I think she's a manager I never paid any attention to what was going on until today. I asked for my nail tech they said no it is this person's turn you go here my lady cannot do my nails! I called my nail tech and she told me to come in at 10 I was there and I was told I could not have my nail tech it was someone else's turn to do my nails this is the second time 7Day nail spa Has ruined my entire day when I come back next time and my nail tech does not do my nails I'm a customer and I wanted customer service!!! I came in last week for my very first time, the owner apparently was doing my pedicure. I had the worst experience ever! He kept on interrupting my pedicure with all of his getting up and answering the phone. I did not feel relaxed at all, hence his pedicure was terrible! My cuticles were not properly removed and he does not know how to polish. After my pedicure I waited for the bathroom and saw that they do not properly clean their instruments and tools! Gross! I even saw a girl wiped it with her hands and re packaging them. I will never come back to this salon nor will I tell anyone I know to come here either. That is why I wanted to share my experience so that no one will get a terrible infection here at 7 Day Spa and Nails. read more

Love this place! It is my go to spot for my nails and feet. It is a very large salon with a LOT of nail and pedi stations. It's always busy, but they work pretty quickly. The prices are reasonable and their work is always clean and precise. Even though they are very busy, I've never had a problem with booking last minute appointments. The salon is kept very clean and all the employees wear masks. Despite being a busy place, it's easy to relax because of the bright, calming environment. The music is kept at a reasonable volume. Let me tell you, no other salon compares to this one. I make the drive every other week and it is so worth it. Keep in mind, this salon does get busy, so it's best to make an appointment and plan ahead of time. One other awesome thing to note, if you do leave an accidentally break a nail or smudge a toe, the employees are more than happy to fix the issue if you go back in and ask them. I've recently moved to the area from California and I have attempted about 6 other nail salons and have been very disappointed every time. I was told to come here and I have always had a wonderful experience. I have had multiple different people do my nails and I always leave extremely happy! Today I had the pleasure of Sam to work on my nails and he was not only very fun to speak with but he recommended I try a new liquid gel that will make my nails last a month. My boyfriend took me here for my birthday, and we both got pedicures, and I added on a basic manicure. First of all, the service was above every other salon I have been to. You are treated when you enter, you are offered water, set up in your chair immediately, and they start your massage chair for you. We got the upgraded pedicures, which included a sugar scrub, lotion, hot rocks and more! They did not rush you out of the chair, but took their time and allowed us to get the full experience. This place is amazing and I have been here a million times. However, they can get extremely busy on weekends and certain nights. Personally, if you can get there during the day this is the optimal time to go. They do a great job, the pedi's are absolutely amazing, and the staff is sweet. The place is clean and they sanitize there instruments which is my number 1 concern. They also give you a small bottle of water to help you cool off from the brutal Arizona heat. Used to love coming to this place, but today marks the last time I'll be here. The door was wide open and she told me to leave because they didn't open til 9, that's fine except the way she said it. I come back in 10 minutes and she tells me to leave again because even tho they're open no ones here to do SNS and I can't wait in the salon. I have gone to several nail salons around the Tempe area, and this salon is in a perfect location, close and central to ASU. I usually have issues with nail retention at other salons, where my nails do not last the 3 weeks they promise you they will last, and I have not had a disappointing experience at this salon, and they have always fulfilled all my requests. I've been coming here for over 2 years, this place is awesome. I get gel manicures and they typically last about 3 weeks... the polish stays perfect but my nails end up growing! The manager did my nails and they looked like crap. She didn't paint all the way down and then blamed it on my nail growth. Really?? I've included pictures of the chipped nail on a 6 day old gel manicure and the pedicure done the day before. It makes ZERO sense that she would tell me it was my nail growth when it was her poor work and I was upset about her bad work since the day she did it. They have lost a regular, every 2 weeks, customer because of how the female manager handled the situation. She should have fixed her poor work and done a good job like I paid for.
