This place is great. I went in this morning (a Sunday) and had such a nice experience in a business where I guess I wasn't expecting an awful lot. Mike was friendly and squared away, greeted me professionally and guided me towards their extremely well-appointed waiting room. Both guys were great to talk to--and my car got taken care of with no problems. The waiting room is fully stocked, and their shop is super clean and orderly. A unique business, in my experience, in terms of customer service, courtesy, cleanliness and professionalism, in the smog-check world... Unlikely I'll go anywhere else when I need a smog check, and particulary nice to know that I could slip in on a quiet Sunday mid-morning and be so well taken care of. This was a great experience. There are plenty of smog places to choose from and I was scheduled at my usual oil change garage. I was informed that I needed a Star smog something-or-other, and handed a discount flyer to 7Day Smog. I am going to coming here for any smog services I need in the future. This is a tidy garage with a few well-thought out sitting areas (one outside and one inside). Being winter, I opted for inside and found neat piles of magazines (even a section geared towsrd women!) a couple of computer stations a radio, water, and plenty of seating. This place must've been organized by a very thoughtful person, because it is awesome. There is a small workout station, which I would've used had I mustered the guts to ask. Besides the great setting, the young man who helped me was polite, efficient, and pleasant. Bravo! read more

It was the picture of despair - one unfriendly guy in the garage, 3 customers waiting on dirty chairs in a dark room that had apparently been there a long time - no thanks! My second time here and for good reason! I had to have my car smogged last year and remembered how pleasant the experience was, so alas, I've returned. Amazing service! Pulled back through the gate and was immediately greeted by Antoine with a huge smile and friendly attitude. Processed a bit of paperwork before getting started. Only one car ahead of me and the total wait time was only about 15 minutes - for longer waits, they have a clean and cozy waiting room w/wifi, snacks and beverages. Finished the final paperwork, quick payment and was on my way. These guys do not disappoint! I also got $20 off as a returning customer.
