Frequent this location often, probably won't anymore. The homeless problem is an issue. Aggressive, will throw stuff at your car if you don't help out. The cashiers are extremely rude. Either blaring music or taking on the phone. Find that to be very unprofessional. Especially when you think they're talking to you but they're not, they're deep in their own world. This is a smaller convenience store with more limited inventories. The clerk was on the phone the entire time I was in the store, including while ringing up my transaction. It seemed like his goal was to get me out of the store as quickly as possible so he could return to his phone conversation. I came to this store because it was conveniently located, I wanted to buy a beverage and use the restroom facilities. There is a gas station at this location so I thought surely there would be toilets for customer use. I brought my purchases to the counter & wanted to enter my phone number to be eligible for rewards points. He rolled his eyes, then I entered my phone number. Then he quickly went past the screen where I caught a glimpse that I had earned $1 off my purchase and I wanted to use it. DO NOT SHOP OR BUY GAS AT THIS 7 Eleven!!!!! 8/5/2020 Today as I was in line to buy a soda, a man came into the 7-11 and told the cashier that the woman at pump 6 is disabled and needs assistance pumping her gas. The cashier ignored this legally required service request. I told him that someone needs to go help her because she is disabled and the cashier said he was the only one working so he couldn't help her. I went out to pump 6 and helped the woman pump her gas. A more severe crime is that when I was selecting her gas type I pushed regular which was $3.29/gallon. However, when I got her the receipt the machine had pumped premium at $3.69/gallon!!!!!! I am so angry because this woman is disabled and not well off. This gas station is a SCAM and they need to be fined and shut down. DO NOT BUY GAS HERE!!!! They rip off their customers. Their gas pumps are calibrated to charge you for more gas than you are getting. I filled up here last week. My car has a 16 gallon gas tank, had an 1/8 tank of gas when I started the fill up and somehow I managed to put 19 1/2 gallons in the tank according to the pump. Magic or something. When I brought it up to the attendant they seemed sympathetic but when they called the owner she just made excuses and said "we will get back to you". This is not a bad 7/11 at all however it's not a great one either. The gasoline pricing is kind of all over the place. My biggest complaint with the gas station part of this place is pumps. I'm not sure if they are old or just a bad system. I don't like the 7/11 set up compared to Chevron and Shell, it's not as user friendly as other systems. The store part of this business is not bad. It's a typical 7/11 set up, possibly bigger then others. The lines are longer then most stores because of the gas but it's all good. The slurpees are cold, the chips are crunchy and every once in a while a six pack of beer is worth a trip in to this location. read more

This store has tried to rip me off multiple times by lying about prices compared to the signs all around the store. They told me I couldn't get an offer because it was too late... they tell me the prices aren't in the computer yet (even though the advertisements are on the screens and posted on the counters) and this time, the cashier tried to lie and say the extra cost was tax. It's 8.75% sales tax here. I'm not a moron. I can do easy math. If I buy a food item for $3, the sales tax isn't $0.80. Now, if you charge me incorrectly and don't discount it properly according to the many advertisements, yes... the tax on $3.49 will add up to $3.80. But it's not $3.80 for a $3 purchase. If you can't do math, don't lie. Just say I don't know why it says it's that price. By lying, you are attempting to justify a theft. Taking an extra $0.50 is theft. No it's not a lot. But I'm buying something based on the advertised price. Either sell it for that price or don't advertise it for that price. Charging more without legal justification is false advertising. Telling me it's tax (and not giving that money to the Franchise Tax Board) is theft. Get your sh*t together. You try this almost every time I'm in your store. If you don't want to sell these things for these prices, get out of the 7-Eleven game... or at a minimum, don't advertise them right next to the cash register!!! read more

Situated right in between my house and Newport Blvd./the 55 freeway, this is my go-to spot for gasoline. The prices do tend to be a bit lower than other locations in the area. Service inside is friendly, speed is variable. Long lines can make me have a deep sense of regret I didn't just go to Circle K for my Diet Coke and stick to pumping gas at the pump. Speaking of which, I'd say the biggest drawback here is the prices of Diet Coke. You get a bigger and better value at Circle K down the street. read more

It's clean, new, staff is nice, coffee is decent, and you might still be able to find Krusty O's (I'm hoarding 5 boxes that you will see on ebay in 5 years - be on the look out!). They also sell gas and I've noticed it's a few cents less than the competitors across the street. 3-stars is the max I'll give to any convenient store so by these standards this place is a gem! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Refused to refund my dollar for air even though the hose had been vandalized and the mechanism to pump air was gone. When I asked for corporate office number, was given this number 408-981-0727 which belonged to another employee in the store. Only returned my money when I threatened to call the police. The next day I called and asked for the office number and was given 800.555.4620, which is for the University of Phoenix. Had them repeat the number 3x. They try to charge you for air, even if you buy gas, which is illegal in California. Twenty seven hours later they have not had the air hose repaired, or even bothered to put up an out of order sign! Do not shop here! They do not care about their customer and have demonstrated criminal behavior in the way they do business. The counter girl printed up my money order amount wrong after telling her the amount needed multiple times. She was not going to correct the wrong money order and instead insisted I needed to purchase another. I think that when a service person has to deal with customers and customer service issues it is best if their English is fluent enough to be able to smoothly transact the business needed. I realize we have many nationalities and cultures here in OC but this is a basic need and makes sense that someone that has to conduct English speaking transactions actually speaks clearly enough that customers can understand. It is embarrassing for me and for them to have to ask someone to repeat themselves. It is also annoying to be asked by a service person to repeat myself multiple times. The manager did call me and apologize and offered me a complimentary money order but I am probably not going to ever bother going back for that. This store is not in an area that I frequently travel so I'm probably not going to be going back there anytime soon. read more

Do not use this gas station unless you just want to give your money away. I purchased gas here yesterday (pump 5) and my tank did not register anything, so I drove around the parking lot first to see if it will due to not being on leveled ground, it did not rise up. Therefore I went inside to speak with the cashier, not knowing what to do, she in turn called the manager, Sunny. He asked for me to come back the next day, in which I have, only to try and convince me that my levels are not working, when after I left this station, a few miles up, because my tank was now stating empty, I went to Arco, immediately the tank registered gas levels increasing. I showed him both receipts and photos of levels, yet still he continues to state it's my vehicles problem. Sunny even admitted to me that others have made similar complaints but it's our problem. This clerk I ran into tonight was one of the worst 7-11 clerks I have ever dealt with. Very unhelpful and very unprofessional. Let's talk about their air pump and water. They charge about $1.75 for this - card or cash. I decided to use my card since I did not have change on me. It had no "out of order" sign on it so it appeared to be serviceable. However, it appeared that when I got closer to try to fill my tires up, this pump appeared to be very unusual. There was no handle to squeeze the air in but it had some kind of digital air gauge on the pump to put in the PSI number for your tire. None of this made sense to me since it had no handle to blow this up accordingly. Didn't get my money's worth to fill my tires because it just wasn't easy to understand. So I went inside and talked to the clerk. The clerk said "It is out of order." So why is there no out of order sign or why is it not taken offline!!!???? So now I had no choice but to go to the gas station across the street. Once there, I realized this one had a pump handle to fill in the air and a standard air tire checker gauge, but it only accepted coins. To make matters worse, the attendant was "out to lunch." So while I don't fault the attendant over there for not being around to help me with the fact I had no coins since he was out, I went to 7-11 to get some change. Bear in mind, I was just there at 7-11 to not only fill my tire air, but to also put gas in my car, which I also did. All of this makes me a paying customer at this location. So there is a customer in front who gets change for an order he buys inside this 7-11. I go back to the attendant with five dollars and asked for change. He said "we don't have change." I said "not even a nickel or dime?" he said "no." This was so shocking to me. It was lousy to see such unhelpful lying people who work there!!!! This unhelpful clerk makes the 7-11 experience atrocious for everyone in their community! read more

This 7 Eleven is okay. They really don't like to put much food out. Like the pizza is never fresh, and I have never seen a cheese pizza even though they are suppose to have it. Are you suppose to ask for it? They do not have a lot of chocolate donuts or cinnamon rolls out like other 7 Eleven's.....sometimes I come in and their is NONE at all. However, this 7 Eleven has my Power Core shakes, protein packs, fresh bananas, and orange juice, so it's all good. Though, I wish they had watermelon like the 7 Eleven in Turlock. read more
