There was excessive gobs of peanut butter oozing out of the cup. A fair share of the syrup leaked over the side. The top lid wasn't enclosed properly, which made it difficult to slice the cup down the middle. The best I could do was scoop some of the peanut butter onto broken chocolate pieces. On a positive note, the peanut butter cup was really tasty and it had a variety of mix-ins and drizzled toppings. The customer service center gave me a gift card for a future purchase to compensate for this experience (hence my reason for increasing the overall rating).
