First time getting gas at 7-11 this morning. This location only has 4 pumps. I came specifically because they have a promotion going on for rewards members you get up to $1.47 off per gallon. This is an absolute steal and awesome deal if you have a 7-11 gas station near you. I'm not sure how long the promo goes but it's only one use per account. read more

I went to pump gas this evening, an older caucasian cashier who always have bad attitude and bad customer service, I decided to pay cash for gas and I was punching my number to the screen to get my rewards per gallon discount, this guy finalized the sales and did not wait for me to finish, so I said I need to punch in my number to get my discount, but he refused and told me, "then you should've just pay on the pump to do that" since this guy is always have a horrible customer service every time I visit, I decided not to argue. 7-11 should ding locations like this. Andy and Carlos are always so attentive and accommodating. Very amazing and hard working. This is one of my favorite locations to go to for a 7-11 experience. They work super hard. They're always restocking food and beverages items. They always find ways to keep busy. Honestly Andy and Carlos deserve a raise. They're the only reason why I come to this location. I usually never go to 7-11 unless I am on the go. read more

Pump 3 is broken. While not allow the payment card to be inserted into the reader. Damaged the edge of my card while using the gas pump. Had to go inside to pay. And then a flat rate was changed instead of the actual payment read more

Sign (in picture) says open til 12am, I got here at 11:54 and this guy locked the door literally in my face and then started yelling that it closes at 11:55pm. I got off the freeway specifically to come here and this guy just wasted my time and gas. Terrible employee and will avoid this 711 in the future as a result of him and the silly hours this place has. If it closes at 11:55pm, then change your hours of operation so people don't do this. read more

The cashier was a hot head short tempered possibly mentally challenged and very hostile and argumentative personality. He tried to charge me for a large fountain soda of $1.99 and I tried to explain to him that I've never been charge for the price of a large soda for a cup of ice at any 7-11 I've ever been to. He gets really offensive and started raising his voice at me saying he's gotta charge for inventory, but still it doesn't cost $1.99 for a cup of ice. I didn't want the cup of ice anymore but I was just trying to point to him again that it doesn't cost 1.99 for a cup of ice and no other 7-11 I have been to would charge a large soda for a cup of ice. He then started acting hostile and wanted to kick me out of the store. Please hire people who are friendly, can communicate well and understand people, and has good customers service and isn't crazy. I'm not ever coming here again. read more

Went to get gas and inside for some drinks. The next day someone withdrew money from my account at an ATM. Came back and saw that there was adhesive on one of the card machines like a card skimmer was there and just taken off.. Please check the card machines daily to ensure this doesn't happen to others. read more

The last time I was in the area this was a Chevron but apparently 7-Eleven has taken over! I still find it strange that they have gasoline but I will take it. Plus, the gas price for 87 is on the lower end which is completely alright with me. I think that I came in at the right time because there was no line for gas and it was an easy fill and then I was out of there. I do miss the Chevron because I thought it was a better option than the Shell station across the street but this place will suffice, for now anyway. #PumpNGo read more

Such a nice gas station/convenience store! They have the Haribo Twin snakes I like and Coke in a glass bottle. I'm only giving three stars because they don't offer Apple Pay. This is a convenience store and is absolutely not convenient to touch cash or pin pads with my fingers right now. read more

I have been a patron of 7-11's for over 25 years and the majority of 7-11's that I have been to, do not sell gas. This 7-11 is open from 4am-midnight. So better grab your late night snacks early. Pros: *it's a 7-11 that also sells gas, pretty cool. *clean bathroom is much appreciated. *kind and friendly staff and they care. All around they do a nice job, respect. *gas station air pump is new. It stops automatically at 32PSI, unless you + or - for more or less pressure. *good, fresh coffee Cons: *there are only 4 gas pumps and depending on the time of day you may have to wait your turn. Overall I like vibe here, yes, I like the vibe of a 7-11. Come on.. it the original American convenience store. Update: pardon me.. the gas pumps operate 4am-12am (not 24 hours) read more

Impressed with my stories about 7-Eleven's fantastic selection of fast, convenient and bargain priced snack foods, I took my wife there for the first time for that purpose (of course, she's been to a many 7-Elevens but not for their hot food). I then ordered 2 hot dogs from an energetic and very sassy Filipino guy in his late 20s it seemed. He then told me that they have a deal that for a little more we can get drink; it was a specially designed cup that looked like a large at McDonald's and he said we can get anything. So I asked even Slurpees? ...to which he enthusiastically said "YES!" He continued to make jokes and small talk with us. So I prepared our hot dogs with condiments and got my Slurpee but when it was time to pay, the guy disappeared and was replaced by an older Asian woman who might have been Chinese (I'm including this info for identification purposes) who rudely told me Slurpees weren't part of the combo deal. I kept asking her to call out the guy from wherever he was but she refused, because at that point by the way I was alarmed she probably realized that her genius employee did indeed mistakenly misinform me about the Slurpee. There was even this big hauler truck driver in line behind me who corroborated what the Filipino employee said to me. So, she says, still in her angry voice, I'll let you go this time, but don't do it again! I was still very upset by the time we got home that I looked up their number and actually got the Filipino guy on the line (remember, he was gone when I had an exchange with the bitter Asian woman) and he adamantly denied ever saying what he said and went as far as shouting on the phone that he never came into contact with me at all, then he hung up on me! As cranky as that woman was (who wasn't the owner because I asked her as she acted as if she were), I hope she saw this guy for the liar he was...though better yet, they deserve each other, unfortunately to the detriment of the owner of this 7-Eleven. I have never gone in their again, and though this is the closest 7-Eleven to my house, I take the trouble to go out of my way to the one on Gellert and the two on Callan. read more

Terrible gas station! Very crowded and difficult to access the few pumps. And the pump nozzle hand at pump 1 would not engage properly, which resulted in having to hold the trigger for the duration of the time. I like the new look but will not come back to a "cheap" station. read more
