I have called numerous times and explained that they have frozen ALL my money and all they say is "sorry, you won't have it back for 5-7 days"! THIS IS THEIR FAULT! A district manager told me that they changed their policy and now put holds on CC too...HOWEVER THEY NEVER INFORMED THE CUSTOMER! There is no sign or anything reporting this change. I would not go to another CUMBERLAND Farms EVER! From 8:30 a.m. continuing throughout this day I have been on the phone with customer service and then a manager and then a supervisor. They are all sorry but NOT ONE PERSON knows how to get my money back. I live paycheck to paycheck so this error is giving me so a much anxiety. I can't pay bills, eat or even get to work because I have no money. They took everything but a penny!

While chatting with him I asked about his auto detailing services and said I had a scratch on the bumper that I wanted to get removed before I had my Audi detailed... Without even asking, he grabbed a can from the garage and was able to remove the scratch and the bumper looked like new! I tried to pay him or tip him but he declined the money. A truly great FULL service gas station. Needless to say, they earned my business and I am going back next week for an appointment to get my oil change and get a new Mass inspection sticker! They have full and self service available...and a full service detailing bay attached to their shop. 5 STARS in my book every day! Thanks guys! Chris

Prices are higher than off cape, much like the other stations but that is to be expected. All the staff wear "Cape Cod Oil Co" shirts so perhaps that is the company that owns this station? I will note that it is also full service, which is a rarity these days. Again, it is very convenient, on Rt 6 on the way in and out of Provincetown.

Bump." sound and vibration coming from my left front tire. Pulling over and inspecting the tire, I discovered a bolt lodged in the tire. I stopped into two different auto service centers and both were closing and referred me to Mayflower. Within 20-30 minutes and $25 later, they had removed the bolt and plugged the tire. Twenty six miles and 42 minutes from home, I am thankful and appreciative for their prompt and thoughtful service. I can now get home in time for a meeting. Thanks again guys!
