Expired products on the shelves and no apology or exchange. I get it's 7/11 and what do you really expect, but the lack of care is pretty embarrassing. I have been visiting this location for a few years now, it's on my way to/from work. The employees are awesome! Friendly and welcoming. The female, I get the impression she may be an owner, but either way, she is one of the friendliest people I have met here. Always a smile! This last visit I came across this new coffee machine, which is worth the visit. I wish I would have got the employees name, but he guided me through the process, and promised I would not be disappointed with the new coffee. He was correct! The iced mocha was perfect! I just moved close to the 7-Eleven. Everyone who works here is super friendly, even when I stop by at 5 AM for my coffee. I like everybody that works there, and they're starting to recognize me which I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing. Love their coffee, snacks galore. Sometimes they run out of my favorite ice cream but that's life. Wish they carried the pink strawberry Gatorade. I can never find it anywhere. read more

A few months ago, it would have been hard to imagine that I'd have an opinion about a 7-Eleven. But here I am, and here it is: this is a 7-Eleven like every other 7-Eleven I've ever been in. It's clean, organized and stocks everything I need at 2 in the morning, no gas pumps, but I have other places for that. I like this one a little. The lady who used to work there about 2 years ago in the afternoons was a hoot. Other than her, though, not too worth the stop. When I was a kid, I lived near here and the same guy manned the counter for years- I was not a fan. He used to hit on my mom right in front of me. Please note: this is one of the most Cop-infested 7-Elevens, because it's right near a police station... and there's a druggie bar in the corner of the shopping center that they like to keep an eye on. read more

This 7/11 is a great place to go for a little snack. The workers are really nice too. I always go to this convenience store for free slurpees because at the top of the machine, it says, "students can get a free slurpee with an A on there report card" (or something like that), so I just bring it in and get a free slurpee. I do it multiple times, and they don't seem to care. Also, the cookies are delicious, so that's a plus. read more

This place used to be great until a couple years ago when new management took over. Their coffee is often stale, they only sell one craft beer, most 7-11s carry many craft beers. They're hot food always looks dried up and nasty. They didn't even bother restocking Mio when 7-11 had a big advertising push with them. He works the graveyard shift and is always super AWAKE, and I thought it was just the one time, but no, its just always that he has HUGE boogers hanging out of his nose. I love this 7-11. The morning staff is the best though, by far. The boss is a doll, always has a smile. They all know my name, what I get, and when I'm exhausted, they just put my crap on the counter without me needing to say a word. They keep my items in stock, are nice, and can speak English and operate coupons. read more

I went here yesterday with my son and granddaughters around 4-ish pm. They were getting slurpys and I wanted a cold coffee. Saw the Illy brand in the refrigerated case- "buy one-get one for a$1.00". So I pulled2 out and went to the register. She rang up both drinks on my debit card. I pointed out the error. She told me "it's too hard to give money back on a debit card. I'll just give them a drink free." Fine, but if they hadn't been there??? Too hard to return money??? Not going here again. I'll go the extra mile or two and hit the one in Grantville or just the Am/Pm. This place sounds too hinky now if it's too hard to return money when you've been overcharged. One star is the only way to get a warning up. read more
