The gas pricing tends to be fair, it has a comfortable size feel for me with a personable inside staff, and a convenience space that is clean and not cluttered. Avoid the 4850 Geary 711. The owner is dangerous. The owner (if it wasn't the owner, that's even scarier, some over zealous manager putting this business and customers at risk) slammed my car door on my arm after telling me I couldn't park before I got gas. It was bizarre and scary. He never shouted, he just said I couldn't park and I said OK, I'm going to get gas - then, as I got in my car, he exploded, he slammed the door as hard as he could, it hit my arm. His face turned red, just like taking out a whole bunch of anger. My arm still hurts. I asked him "why did you do that?" He said "because you have to think about people man." And then I knew I was dealing with an actual crazy person, and/or someone on drugs. I know this sounds nuts - it was. This is to add to the one-star reviews about this location, with regard to customer service and the supreme jerk who runs this 7-11 store. The gas station managed by this 7-11 store overcharged me by 50 cents on a $37 bill, via a second unauthorized transaction. The man who runs this 7-11 store tells me to talk to my credit-card company about it, and he won't refund me 50 cents. I tell him he's crazy for sending me to my credit-card company; he tells me I'm crazy for wanting my 50 cents. I have now spoken to my credit-card company, where the representative said: "I have never seen this happen before. Normally, a gas station puts a $1 hold on your card and then removes it. The fact that it is 50 cents and they are refusing to give it back to you means they are likely doing this on every transaction and padding themselves with a nice vacation. I would not go back there again if I were you." Good point!!!!! You've all been warned!!!!!! (A 50-cent dispute should be EASY for you to take care of. The fact you won't says a lot about you. Well I come by this one. 7-11 takes credit, so I can make a small purchase with credit instead of cash. I get drinks. I've gotten the chicken sandwich, slice of pizza, and today a taquito..Oh the wonders of 7-11. I also have gotten their key lime donuts and eclair donuts..VERY GOOD!! FRIENDLIEST 7-ELEVEN EVER! I used to never go to 7-Eleven but since I started coming here for a quick breakfast on the go before I head to work. I came in because they had a free small coffee promotion going on and I was impressed with their wide selection of coffee and creamer flavours. I love the coffee. Another reason I find myself inclined to come back is the service. Very friendly guy who always greets me with a smile, what a lovely way to start your morning. I'm also obsessed with their breakfast empanadas- 3/$1!! How can you go wrong?! And they're so good... I'm really addicted. But they've been out for 2 weeks and that upsets me... Their mini tacos are pretty good too, I believe it's 4/$1.99. Not my favourite but it'll do when my empanadas are gone. The chicken bites are pretty tasty. It's $1.99 I think for 6 and you get to choose a dipping sauce (buttermilk ranch, mesquite bbq, and... I don't remember). You can also never go wrong with the taquitos! I usually stop by around 3 am on the weekends when I am too lazy to cook. This is one of few locations that keep their pizza oven late night. You can order a large pizza for $5.55 I have visited many other locations and they usually stop taking orders on whole pizza baked around 10-11pm. Worse customer service, I went in with my grandson to buy a few things, upon entering my grandson said he had to go to the bathroom. I asked if I could please "please" take my grandson to the bathroom, and asked where it was located,. The man told me "he did not have an extra bathroom. I've come to this particular 7-eleven a couple of times while driving for uber and lyft in the city. Typically at 2 or 3 am when I just need a snack and some coffee to keep me going. Yesterday, January 16, 2016 at around 2am I went in to get some pizza and some coffee. I asked the guy who already seemed belligerent if they had cheese pizza but they only had pepperoni. He rudely told me that he can't make cheese because no one would buy it and that it's not worth it to him unless I was going to buy a whole cheese pizza. I understand that but there was no reason to say it so rudely, but I didn't push the issue So, even though I was already feeling uncomfortable at being berated at I just needed some fucking coffee to keep me up and get me home so I just ignored him and went to get some. I typically buy the large one, but I wasn't really feeling like giving this guy a lot of my money since he was being a jackass and saw a sign saying they had a $.50 cup of coffee, so I made that. While I was making my coffee and putting the stuff in he was walking around agitated, talking to himself, cleaning, and just seemed pissed off. I went to the register to pay for the coffee, and waited thinking should I just buy the pepperoni pizza and pick off the pepperoni. He berated asking if I just wanted the coffee, making me even more nervous and I said no I'll have a slice of pepperoni pizza. He seemed agitated at that, too.I guess he's not really in the business of selling stuff All this time he's making me uncomfortable and nervous, and I just wanted to get out of there. He comes around to get the pizza, still belligerent, still whispering to himself and still making me nervous and somehow I end up knocking over my cup of coffee which sent him off. I apologized the second it happens because it was an ACCIDENT, but still he chooses to berate me, basically taking his frustrations out on me. By that times others had come in, he says he's closing the store and won't sell anything anymore. I couldn't even say anything, the guy behind me got him to calm down but he still refused to sell me anything and just told me to leave, and he won't serve me. I didn't want service at that point anyways but there was no need to take his frustrations out on me. He made me nervous by walking around belligerent and angry. And even when I tried to just pay for my order he still took his frustrations out on me. I understand if you're having a rough night and getting angry but that's no reason to take it out on an innocent customer. As a person driving uber and lyft around I've had to deal with my share of people making me uncomfortable, getting rowdy, throwing up in my car, grabbing my arm and I don't take it out on the next person I deal with. I've also dealt with plenty of men who've made me feel nervous as a female driving around drunks in the middle of the night and this guy isn't far from where those guys land on my douche bag scale. I have two jobs and barely get any rest I came looking for a cup of coffee and a snack and got humiliated, and berated because this cashier or manager or what not was having a bad night and decided to take it all out on me the innocent customer. It also didn't help that I called the 7-eleven customer support line and they didn't make me feel any better. It seemed like the person on the line didn't really care and that it was too much of a bother for her to deal with it. Let me say this to the cashier the second I asked you a question you started taking your problems out on me, and if a question flips you off then maybe you shouldn't be working in a customer service job. Typically you'd get my sympathy for having a bad night, but since you decided to take your aggression out on me, all you get from me is a big fuck off and I hope you get fired. I'd like to add that I love 7-eleven because I've mostly had positive experiences with other ones in my own town and even in the city. I don't know how I'll feel going into others in the city again but it won't skew my view of the ones in my town. read more

He's super nice, friendly, polite, and always remembers me.His staff are always very happy and polite. This will always be the 7/11 I default to.
