Came here on a Wednesday afternoon during their soft opening. I'm a huge fan of their Fountain Valley artisan location because of the study area so I was excited to try this diamond jamboree location. Although I will say I set reasonable expectations beforehand because I knew this location was going to be smaller inside. Drinks - The drinks were just as expected from my usual 7Leaves order, which means they were really good! I ordered two green Thai teas and two mung bean milk teas. The drinks came out within 2 to 3 minutes and I highly recommend these two drinks. They're my favorite on the menu! I also usually get less ice and less sweet as I feel their baseline sugar levels are somewhat high, but it is of course personal preference. Service - I was super satisfied with the service I got at the cashier. I had some adjustments to the drinks and the cashier was very patient entering them in. This is in contrast to those boba places where you sometimes feel ashamed of making drink adjustments (can anyone relate on this) Study area - While I didn't get to work here today, they do have several small circle tables. I did spot an outlet next to at least one of the tables next to the wall, so I'm guessing there are likely a few more in the area. There is also a barstool area facing the windows that you can work out as well. I look forward to bringing my work next time! 7 Leaves was recommended to me by someone who went to UCI and it did not disappoint at all. I think this is one of the best bubble tea places I have been to, in terms of tea quality and bubble quality. My first time, I got the Green Thai Tea, which was just as you would expect - a refreshing thai tea that was not too sweet, with a jasmine undertone. My second time, I got the regular Jasmine Milk Tea with no ice and had it the next morning - it kept well and I could tell that it was brewed perfectly. Although their menu is pretty limited, it's for good reason - they have perfected every single drink on that menu. I wish 7 Leaves would expand to states outside of California :) Next time I am in the area, I'll definitely come back. read more

BRING BACK THE BRAZILIAN LEMONADE lol. It was a seasonal drink only for the summer and it's gone now and my life isn't the same. It's so refreshing and so quenching. It's weird, but weird good. Ordered the croffle and hot jasmine milk tea with boba. The croffle (croissant and waffle made a baby) pleasantly satisfied my sweet tooth. It wasn't too sweet but the whipped sweet cream gave it enough sweetness. The crispy exterior of a waffle and flakiness interior of a croissant was a good combination. Perfect after dinner snack! The hot jasmine milk tea had a strong tea flavor, perfect steepness, and wasn't too sweet. Only reason I gave it a 3-star and not a 5-star is because they forgot the boba which was the main reason I went there. The cashier was really sweet! read more

This place is located in Diamond Jamboree. At the time we went there the parking was fine so we had no objection to spending more time there. My local friend had an offer on her 7 Leaves app so she offered to buy something from here for me. The cashier said the offer was only redeemed through an app order. As an introvert I think I would not encounter this issue by ordering online. It took a short time to come out but tasted good. read more

Their Thai tea used to be my favorite and I would look forward to getting one. However, the last two times I had it, I got serious food poisoning, and ended up throwing up both times, shortly after I had them. Their quality's been pretty consistent and good over the years but now I do have concern that they don't have good enough quality control to check the expiration dates/conditions of the ingredients. Leaving this review so that management can look into that and pay more attention forward. read more

Drinks are always on point. Taste so good and fresh. Super quick too! Maybe even a bit faster than other 7 leaves. 7 leaves are usually pretty quick than other boba shops so that tells you a lot if this place is quicker. read more

I love 7 leaves. I'm very happy they opened another location in IRVINE. The interior is so cute. They took over Paper Latern across From the ramen place. Came here on the day, they are giving out T-shirts. My favorite drinks are: house coffee, matcha soy with grass jelly sea cream black coffee. Yummyyy!!! read more

was not rocking with the customer service today, the last time i went to this location like two weeks ago i was able to get the matcha soy with whole milk and i really like the customer service i received then... really appreciated the girl working at night she was so sweet . fast forward to today i come in around 2pm and ask to order and the girl who was taking my order told me that they only have oat or soy milk ... can't they just use whole milk too? I've been to the location in fountain valley as well who did the same for me. mind you that the last time i was here TWO weeks ago they made me a matcha soy with whole milk. i would've ordered something else but the whole tone and the way i was spoken to made me feel like i was stupid so I went somewhere else instead because there are other options for boba in this plaza. read more

Listen, it's 7Leaves. It's not the cute little artsy corner coffee shop that I'd ideally go to, but everything on the menu is good, the baristas are always nice, and it's a great place for a late night cup of coffee and I've spent countless hours here during my college days getting work done. read more

Quick service and kind workers! I was so glad they opened a location closer to me and make a stop there every time I'm in the plaza! There are plenty of seating but the plaza does get busy often so parking may be hard to find and not always a great place to study. read more

Not too sure what's going on here, coffee is good but it's hard to focus on anything else but the employees talking obnoxiously loud it's almost to the point where you think they're doing it on purpose. They definitely need to understand there is time and place completely understandable if the store is dead but it's packed place and they're like almost yelling at each other and laughing as if they're in school. I've been to other 7 leaves and everyone's been kind. This location acts like you're disturbing them by walking in. Please go work somewhere else then here. read more

I didn't realize they were soft opening but I am still going to leave a poor review because this is the only store I've ever been to where they use corn syrup sweetener or something that leaves that weird taste in the back of your tongue. I always get a large matcha tea less sweet with boba and grass jelly and it always tastes the same but not this location. They use something else like high fructose corn syrup or something to sweeten their drinks/boba. read more

Justin the manager was very very rude. I really like this location and I come here all the time but he was very unprofessional. He charged me extra, even though I had coupons for the drinks which was supposed to be free. He said he was the manager and instead of talking to me nicely, he was rude and embarrassed me in-front of the other customers. I am a service worker too and I know how to be nice to customers. The drink wasn't closed properly and it spilled in the bag, instead of remaking the drink, the worker put the old drink in a new cup. I had to ask them to make me a new drink that was full because he tried to give me the old drink in a new cup. Very disappointed on what happened here. read more

i've been a big fan of 7 leaves and i've had to drive to the other location which is much farther than this one!! it's so convenient that the diamond jamboree location opened up and i've been going so much more and it's within walking distance of me!! the cashiers are always so so so nice and cooperative and i always have consistent good quality drinks! i recommend the thai tea btw !! read more

Staff here are extremely friendly and will help you out when ordering on the app. Drinks here are good as well. They offer hot matcha lattes and the service is quick. They get the Love Cream right 98% of the time, perfect amount of flavor and sweetness compare to most other places. read more

If you are a pure tea lover this is not a place for you. By the name of 7 Leaves I thought the store specializes in oriental tea, however the menu says otherwise; it is more like Red Straw with Asian name. I ordered cold pure Jasmine Green Tea + honey with high expectation, hoping it will be better than Orobae but after I had the 1st sip, I was so surprised how it tasted. The tea flavor is almost non-existent, very bland and light which reminds me of the free cheap Chinese jasmine tea being served in Chinese restaurants mixed with ice. Will never visit 7 Leaves again for pure tea until they live up to to their brand name like Orobae. read more

This place has horrible customer service. We asked for no ice in our drinks and they gave us half a cup, even though the cashier specifically mentioned where the drink would be if we did not get ice. For another drink, we asked for easy ice and they gave us a cup full of ice. When we made a comment about it, they just brushed it off and ignored what we said. For a place that just opened up, you would think they would provide better customer service. We would definitely drive farther for a different 7 leaves or go to their competitor, Sunright instead. Don't go here if you want decent boba/coffee. read more

They only just opened so it's understandable if they're struggling a bit. I ordered my regular: a mung bean milk tea. No adjustments or add-ons. They seem to have forgotten the mung bean because I couldn't taste any in there, there's a strong pandan flavor which is a bit overpowering.
