We've never seen an upcharge for a large ice cube! Ever! My wife emailed the GM after the fact, and the manager explained that the Old Fashioned is traditionally served with a large ice cube. The server should have asked my wife if she wanted a large ice cube with her Negroni. Hazelwood isn't a particularly cheap outing. They do appear to be nickel-and-diming in this situation.

The wings taste as if they been frozen for a while once you take your initial bite and you get past the sauce flavor, the meat didn't taste good at all. The chicken sandwich needs more love towards the seasoning of the batter. But the happy specials seem to be the reason people attend this establishment so that's a plus.
