Really liked the chicken parm and philly cheese sandwiches. Our friends had a salad that they also liked. Chef apparenlty likved in Philly area. Food is quite good. This is definitely a place to check out - much better than average bar/pub food

If you're looking for a spot that gives elevated vibes with a touch of intimacy, 721 Restaurant & Lounge is definitely one to add to your list. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone, dim lighting, modern decor, and a grown, relaxed energy that feels perfect for date night, girls' night, or even a solo unwind. It's giving upscale lounge without feeling over the top. The food was solid and flavorful, with a menu that leans into comfort with a refined twist. You can tell there's intention behind the dishes... presentation is clean, portions are satisfying, and everything comes out hot and fresh. The drinks also deserve a mention, well-crafted, balanced, and definitely part of the experience. Service was attentive without being overwhelming. The staff checked in at the right moments and made sure everything flowed smoothly, which always makes a difference when you're trying to just enjoy the moment. The crowd matched the vibe.. grown, social, and there to have a good time without it feeling chaotic. It's one of those places where the energy builds as the night goes on. If I had to note anything, it's that timing matters, later in the evening it can get a bit busier, so just plan based on the kind of experience you're looking for. Overall, 721 Restaurant & Lounge delivers on ambiance, good food, and a vibe that feels intentional. Definitely a go-to when you want something a little more elevated but still comfortable.

We have been in a few different times since they have opened and the place continues to exceed expectations. great food (especially the build your own Philly), hard working and friendly staff. we went during a Wild playoff game and the atmosphere was 10/10. nice touch having the volume for the games on.

Food was super good! Awesome place to just hangout and watch sports. The staff was quick and friendly

    Truffle fries

I'll start off by saying our waiter was super sweet and nice to us. Her service was great but there was a period where I had to wait almost 10 mins to get a side of ranch for the rest of my wings. They give you about like a quarter of ranch for wings and then charge you 1$ for another quarter which is a bit much. The restaurant is kinda divided into 2 parts and we sat in the left area. The one on one tables were extremely small and felt super cheap/ tacky. It was hard to eat on such a small wobbly table. I had gotten the mango habanero buffalo wings and I must say they were not the best. The wings were extremely small and the sauce just did not go well with the huge literal chunks of Mango they put on top of the wings. They don't even come with fries and are pretty pricy for tiny wings (17$). Then I got truffle fries and instantly got let down because they taste exactly like someone poured Caesar salad dressing all over the fries and threw Parmesan & truffle chunks on it. I'm used to more of a truffle sauce flavor on truffle fries.. not Cesar salad dressing. Even if I didn't enjoy the flavor of the fries I do like how they layered the fries with all the toppings so it's not just all only the top of the fries with toppings as it's there throughout to the bottom of the fries. The regular fries were my favorite along with the Philly cheesesteak. I was so excited for this place to open but there needs to be more improvement with the seating layout and especially the tables on the left side of the restaurant. The food wasn't that great and the lighting considering that this is a sports bar isn't that best as it affects the tv screen. I'd dim it down a bit more. The drinks/ beers were great. I'd maybe recommend here to hang out for drinks but wouldn't recommend to eat here. I do believe this place has potential though.

An absolute dream! Great food, great vibes, top tier service seals the deal. As a foodie and sports junkie this place has successfully married the two. For dinner I had pineapple habanero wings for a starter, a perfectly executed filet (medium) with purple mashed potatoes and spicy green beans. Never in my wildest dreams could I watch the playoffs and eat soooo well!! The service was friendly and hospitable. At the end of my meal, I was invited to sample 721 1st class from a recliner! The search is over, 721 is the place to be!

Thought we would try this place as we were looking for a new restaurant and we were glad we did!…read more I ordered the lunch fish and chips: amazing! The fish was so tender! The lunch size was perfect for me! My husband got the burger. I tried a bite and the meat was SO good!! Our only complaint is we didn't love the fries. Our server was great. He was very friendly and nice. I felt like it was a little cold inside, I had to keep my jacket on while we were there. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. We will be back!

The bar was nearly empty, there were maybe 5 people in the bar/restaurant when we arrived. I don't think it was slow on the bartenders part as much as it was our server. A couple Guinness, a black and tan and a hot cider later, we waited to order food. While eating we decided we didn't want to wait any longer for our server so we went to the bar to ask for waters, our drinks long gone at this point. We also got up to get our own ketchup. Burger was fine but mostly flavorless. Cottage pie was fine, had I not been starving I likely wouldn't have eaten as much as I did. The food was just OK, nothing memorable or spectacular about it. Prices were pretty high for what it was, $17 for a cheeseburger is pretty outrageous, cottage pie in a ramekin was $18. Server wasn't very friendly, or was just in a bad mood that day. She spent a lot of time in the back (this was between major meal times, around 3:30-4) so she didn't seem super engaged or have much desire to be out on the floor. 3% surcharge for credit card

The interior is giving industrial sports bar vibes, with TVs playing your favorite game, and wood/metal accents throughout the space. Bar, hightop, and table seating indoors. We didn't have a wait at 6pm on a Saturday evening. Staff was busy, but checked in often and were friendly throughout the stay! Lots of beer options, as well as a full bar! I had the Coffee Ale, which was lovely! Subtle notes of coffee in a smooth sipper. Enjoyed the Dill Pickle Chicken Sandwich for dinner, which was a great portion, savory, and delicious. Overall, a really solid meal! Our only constructive criticism was that the Onion Soup that my partner ordered came out luke warm, which was less than desirable. If we wanted to make a fuss, we could have sent it back, but decided against that!

Our server Julie was wonderful :) We love that she split our salad onto two plates.

Perfect for a date night, friend catch-up, or solo Whiskey adventure, Volstead House is a vibe! Pair the atmosphere with top notch, educated bartenders and mixologists...you know you'll be taken care of! We started with the A La Louisiane, a spirit-forward, whiskey cocktail with some funk from Peychauds and Absinthe. It was delicious and well balanced. We also shared the Glazed Carrots and the Parm Fries. The carrots didn't hit for me, as the glaze and sauce lacked a punch of flavor but the fries were crispy and delicious. First off, going through the hidden Coke machine entrance is actually really fun and makes the whole place feel like a little adventure. The decor and speakeasy atmosphere are definitely the standout. Very cool space. VERY loud though. Like "lean across the table and say WHAT?" loud at times. The waitress was super nice and recommended a mocktail for me that called Ass in the Sand. It ended up being really good. It tasted like an elevated lemonade and was probably one of my favorite parts of the meal. Started with the rolls and whipped honey butter which were delicious. Very soft, warm, and honestly dangerous because I could've just kept eating bread all night. For the main meal, I did the Wagyu Burger with Parmesan fries. The burger itself was okay but surprisingly didn't have a ton of flavor outside of the grilled/charred taste. The Parmesan fries were actually the standout for me -- hand cut fries and parmesan fries are just hard to mess up. My partner tried the Mushroom Soup en Croute and wasn't a fan because the mushrooms were blended and he said it lacked flavor. He also had a Steak Taco special using their medallion steak and said even with lime it still needed more flavor. Finished with Crème Brûlée which is always a classic favorite for me and this one was good. Overall: fun experience, cool hidden entrance, great decor, good mocktail and bread, but the actual food menu is pretty limited and the flavors didn't totally wow me for the price. Glad I went and finally crossed it off my list, but probably a one-and-done visit for me.
