This car was is cheap and quick but they don't do the best job. I always have to finish cleaning my wheels at home. The don't even try to get the heavy stuff off the wheels. The most annoying thing is the guy who dries the car off always opens the driver door to clean the soap suds under the door (to get a tip) but never does the other doors. My question is, why is he only concerned with that door? Clean the passenger side First, then do the tip charade. I'd happily tip generously if he would do the other side first. Having to finish cleaning your wheels after you pay for a car wash is very frustrating as well read more

This particular car wash is great because its drive thru, however instead of being completely machine operated, your car is washed by Mario, Oscar, and Joe. I have been going to this car wash for over 2 years. They recently "upgraded" the car wash with new equipment but the staff remained the same. In the past, I have been satisfied with the value and cleanliness of my car 95% of the time. I went to the car wash yesterday to get the advertised "$5.99 Super Special" and I'm very disappointed. When I got home from the car wash, the bird poop was still on my driver side door frame, there were big dirt spots on both sides of the car and the entire back bumper (obviously areas that were overlooked by the man using the soap brush). I plan to go by on my way home from work today and demand a free car wash. I know I only paid $5.99 but I also tip generously. The truth is, I could've paid for the "Platinum package" for $10.99 and the results probably would've been the same. The quality has gone down and the price has gone up at this car wash since the renovations. read more

Checked this place out based on Tina's recommendation. Still cheap, still good. $7 bucks for just the exterior, $8 for exterior+under the car, $9 for both of those plus the rims and a waxing coat. I went for the $9 package and I'm satisfied with the results. No smell good stuff at the end but all the bird shit and insect gut stains are gone and everything is damn shiny. read more

This car wash is by far the best deal in town. I feel sorry for people who don't live in Costa Mesa because we truly have a gem in our midst. Even when my car is filthy, it always comes out looking sparkly and clean! Very cheap for how high the quality is. It is quick, and the staff is extremely friendly. No water spots are left like when you drive through a machine at another gas station... they hand dry it! I come here every week. Air and water are also free here! Be warned. Though you are paying for your car wash at the pump, the actual car wash facility will not honor certain purchased car washes or purchases they consider too old to honor. Someone must have not told them it is illegal to run an expiration on a purchased certificate in California. I've reached out to their corporate division to let them know. read more

Quickest, most convenient and most bang for your buck drive-thru car wash! All of the attendants are friendly and help scrub your car. You can use card or cash to pay but cannot add tip to your card. By far, best drive thru car wash! This is not your regular drive thru. When you pull up there's 2 gentlemen waiting to scrub rims with brush and scrub any dirty spots on car before machine washes car. They also dry your car when you get out. And then the clerk inside doesn't even know the number to his managers or supervisors when I ask him for a phone number to call. Smh. Love this place - drive through car wash is super inexpensive and thorough. It's open 7 am to 7 pm. The guys even open your doors and wipe out the inside of the doors and windows. Even with a $5 tip, it's the cheapest car wash in town. Inside of gas station is very clean. Lots of pumps minimize waiting time unless you're there during heaving traffic periods. When you exit, you're right at the entrance to the 55 North, so it's as good as it gets if you're leaving Newport Beach. read more
