I told her to remove the fee she looked at me and pretended she didn't know English. I told her in Spanish she is a rat for doing this and she's prolly a bigger scammer. One of these gas stations that will overcharge you for gas, but if you need to use the bathroom to wash your hands or for any other reason, they pretend it's being "cleaned." I would bypass this place and go to the next gas station up the street so that you can at least wash your hands after touching the pump and most likely find a cleaner environment with some good snack snacks to purchase. read more

If you are buying beer, be aware, this gentleman removes all the newer beer and replaces them with his old expired ones until they are gone. I had two different six packs come up with January 2023 expiration date and December 2024 expiration date. This place has horrible reviews. read more

this union 76 station is small & old. so is the convenience store. just the usual snacks, sodas, ice cream bars, lotto tics, soft drinks, didn't notice any beers. drink: Hubert's Lemonade (original) 16 oz. -2.74 -ingredient list is in small print. noticed cane sugar which is ok but missed the "concentrate" lemon juice part. "10% juice" is posted on back, not front. -8 oz. accounts for 30% of daily requirements for sugar. -scratching Hubert's off my buy list. read more

I doubt Union 76's gas stations will be around much longer. They're mostly old, ugly, and finding one with all of the gas pumps working, or clean soapy water for a windshield, is a Herculean task. Most of their competitors have well lit stores, clean restrooms, working modern gas pumps, clean windshield solution, towels. Not this company. Union 76 is the dregs of the industry. The only notable exception is Penryn, CA and it is notable specifically because of the contrast between that one station and all of the other Union 76 stations I've patronized. The one on Stone Valley in Danville is typical. There is never clean water, restrooms are fine in an emergency only, etc. The one on Plumb Lane in Reno has a nice little store but the station itself is old and you go there simply because it's in a good location in proximity to the freeway. I have a company with four or five cards. We're switching to Volero or Mobil. Chevron is the most attractive, but their billing practices are questionable. This company needs new management and to provide guidelines to its station owners. Apparently, Union 76 doesn't care about any of this. Everything is convenient about this store except they charge way too much for gas, just go to the ARCO on Stanley and save yourself 5-10$ a fill. Other than that staff was very friendly but they overcharge in the convenience store, an Arizona Tea should never cost $3! Seems just like a greedy gas station who will charge as much as they can! Very disappointing from a management standpoint + doesn't compete with any gas station within a mile! Will never go again for gas or snacks just because of this. read more

This is the only gas station on this side of Livermore and boy do you pay for it. The prices seem to be about 25 cents higher than the 76 over on First and 580. BUT, again it is here as the only station out here if you need the convenience. If youre headed westbound towards Fremont you won't see another gas station for 15 miles or so. When I was there yesterday it looked a little dirty in the pump area like a good pressure washing was in order. Getting in and out of this station is difficult with no direct access onto 84. A good spring cleaning could spruce up this place. Most of Livermore is very tidy. This station doesn't fit in. read more

Go inside for debit cards (and a discount), the little labels suggested. Unfortunately, I didn't see them early enough. Running low on fuel, and stuck in traffic, I took the SR 84 exit around Livermore to head to I-580. Why didn't I look for fuel early on the day of Christmas Eve, holiday shopping insanity? In any case, I used the Gas Buddy app to find something in Livermore and this showed up, looking reliable, and it was open, thankfully. (Even if I can go 600 miles on a tank, when it says 40 miles remaining, it's time.) The app showed $3.699 and $3.799. Pay at the pump doesn't apparently know how to handle debit cards, so you must go inside the store to get the 10 cent discount. I didn't because I had already used my card before I saw the little notes on the pump. Everything else was fine. The price wasn't as low or as high as other places. There was a Shell station with $3.399 diesel while another was at $3.999. read more

Trash gas station, the workers are penny pinchers and overcharge on gas in comparison to other stations. Avoid at all costs.

Prices were around a dollar higher per gallon than other gas stations but I had to get gas to make it to work so I got 2 gallons. Fuck this place, don't get gas here!! read more

I don't know why anyone would go to this station. There are times that they are over a $1/gallon more than the Shell station on 1st Street. The only reason to go there would be if you are going to run out of gas in less than two miles and you can't make it downtown. read more

On my way to take my son to school my car warned that I needed air in one of my tires. I dropped my son off at school and got fuel at the nearest gas station. After fueling up, I went inside and requested a token to get some air in my tire. The employee said, "Since you got fuel, I will give you one". That didn't sit well with me because three weeks ago a homeless lady and her companion were there trying to get air in their bicycle tire. The same place had an attendant who wouldn't give them a token to get air.... they didn't ask for gold, they just wanted some compressed air. I helped them out by asking for some air. Clearly these people are not open to assisting others unless it profits them. No thanks 76, I think my business will go elsewhere from here on out. read more
