After reading reviews from my fellow helpers, so glad I went with their recommendations. The meats were flavorful and tender and portion size was decent. Glad the quesadilla came with sides of guacamole, sour cream and salsa. Can't go wrong with street tacos. Every bite was fresh, delicious and worth the wait if ordering at the truck.

Lupitas up in the Makawao food truck was one of those angel choir singing moments, "aaaaaaaaaa!* The latina taking the order was that angel. Think young Salma Hayek. Usually it's Al pastor. The tacos were pretty stellar, and presentation was thoughtful and pretty. The three tacos weren't super big looking, but they were so stuffed with meat and cheese that they were beyond filling. If I am going to feel fat, I like to say to myself, "worth it!" My gf got a pizza from next door, but was regretting the choice once she had a few bites of my quesabirria. We went at dusk, so the night was cool and no horrible food truck flies that always seem to ruin the experience. I can't wait to go back and start trying other menu items.
