There is a variety of different items that go from sweet tastes to savory. You could also choose one of the cakes that are on the glass display; an assortment of diverse cake options, with fruit toppings and delightful deserts like Tiramisu and Pudding. The staff are chill. When you place your tray at the front desk, the pay goes smoothly. Ambiance is cozy, it feels nice to walk around these yummy deserts and see the options. I picked up the hot dog and brioche, which I will describe below. Cleanliness is top-notch, never had a complaint about dirty spots. The displays are cleaned to perfection, absolutely spot-less. Hot Dog The hot dog is spicy and sweet mixed into a savory bread. The crust is so soft with crispy edges. That bread made me so full the entire day. If you want a little savory snack that will fill you up, this sure does it well! The hot dog meat was fresh and loved the garnish as well. Brioche I always get this bread when I visit the bakery. It's so weird how I come here so much, and it's not even in my neck of the woods. I guess it works out when I'm in the area for work stuff. This location seems to be either very busy when everyone comes on at the same time, or so empty that you could here a pin drop. Anyhow, the bread here is made fresh everyday. I see the shelves getting restocked quite often. However, their quantity is limited. I understand it's difficult to forecast what sells everyday. And especially in the evenings, they probably won't restock since it's almost closing time. I'm thinking for them (business wise). LOL. I usually come for a drink, whether it's for a sea salt coffee, or a grapefruit green tea. It's always made fresh and to the point. I always get the drinks normal with full sugar. Why? Because if you say half, or 70%, the taste is very hard to pinpoint. Maybe too bland or still too sweet. I assume it depends on the person making it. Shopping at Del Amo Mall is nice and stopping here for the first time was just ok. This Bakery has soft sweet bread and cakes and some good drinks. Having said that, the place is small inside and has outdoor seating. I don't know if having younger people working here is any reason for bad service, should never be the case. The chocolate chip cookie had that darker breading, like wheat in a way. I was not a fan, cookies tasted more like the breading than anything, not much Chocolate flavor at all. This is one of my favorite bakeries for pastries and drinks. I cannot forget the mention how delicious are the cakes. Their service is really fast. They have different ways of ordering you can pre-order on your phone, use the kiosk that they have for you to place your order or get in line and pay. The place is always really clean and everyone there is really nice. The only issue is that it is a big shopping center that has a lot of restaurants and businesses around and sometimes it's hard to find parking but other than that is a 10/10. read more

They don't have a lot of seating & usually their seats are full so we take it to-go unless I'm meeting a friend or something.
