I'm surprised this Sharetea location doesn't have at least a 4 star overall rating. It's been around since I first moved to Torrance and I know it's not easy to keep boba/beverage places open with all of the nearby competition. I'm a big fan of their Matcha Pearl Milk Tea, you can actually taste that they use a ceremonial grade. So it isn't overly sweet nor overly grassy nor bitter. Try subbing the pearls with their mini pearls and their creama topping - gives you different textures and a slightly different flavor profile for the drink that works really well! What sets this place apart is the customer service. The past couple times I've been helped, the cashier has let all customers take their time when deciding what they want. And he gives a lot of insight on both popular renditions drinks are enjoyed plus his own personal recos. Just be mindful of of the added costs from all of the different toppings available. Sharetea is one of my favorite boba spots, they have one close to my house we go to often, first time trying this one. Was down in the area and looking for a sweet treat after dinner. This location is in a strip mall off Crenshaw and Lomita, parking is what you would expect from a small strip mall. The outside lot and building is not as nice as the inside, so don't be fooled. Inside is sleek and modern, I like the minimalist feel of it. They have a wall of grass in the back and tables As well as a high table across the front with stools. Service is quick and easy to order, although they were having issue with the rewards and we did not get them. Also, it seems each location is not tied to the other, which is not good when earning points. Probably the reason this is one of my favorite boba spot is for the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea, soo good with some much inside. Although, this location misses the mark when it comes to their cups, they were serving in solid paper cups, so you can't see the tea and all the goodies inside, go back to clear cups IMO. The service here was great . The young man at the register was kind and very helpful with helping me decide what to order & sang praises about the cocoa lover. I got it with boba and it's very fresh & yummy . Not too sweet ; which is definitely a vibe & the boba is fresh. My mom ordered the Thai ice blended and it was super yummy . It tastes a little bit coconut infused which is different but I don't mind at all . The inside is very clean & all the tables are wiped down & clear of debris. Great convenient "fast food" type of boba shop that serves up a good selection of flavors, toppings, for affordable prices! Ordered their Thai milk tea with boba, blended taro with boba, and a Hokkaido milk tea with pudding. Thai and Taro tea are staples at bigger chain boba shops so I specifically like to go to Sharetea for those who like Hokkaido milk tea as that flavor is few and far between shops. For those that haven't had Hokkaido it's more of a subtle caramel/malty/toffee/ warm flavor. There's a lot of flavors to try here, and it's a cozy shop with low lighting so great for catching up with family and friends or if you need to grab and go to your next destination. Parking/location info: This Sharetea location is tucked away in a Crenshaw plaza so it's easier to be on Crenshaw Blvd going straight towards Lomita and turn right into the plaza. If you're coming from Lomita it's harder to make a left into the plaza. If you are on Crenshaw and see it's on the left you may find yourself making a U Turn or trying to turn left at the median but during rush hours it's harder to make that turn. Staff was friendly and informative and told me I could sub boba for pudding since my Hokkaido milk tea comes with boba already. With the Taro blended milk tea it comes with pudding so I subbed boba. Nope. This is not it. The staff are great but the tea is not. I ordered the wintermelon with milk and boba and asked for 30% sweet and light ice. How have I not reviewed this place! I feel like I owe them a little shoutout. Last year, I was basically there every other day with my cousins for our boba dates, at least once a week, if not more. And honestly, my absolute fave there is the coffee crema. It totally hits the spot. If they opened earlier in the morning, I'd be there for my coffee fix, but they open a bit later around 11, I think, so it's more of a midday treat. Still, that coffee crema is dreamy. Another thing I love is their Golden Retriever drink. I mean, it's like a party in your mouth, milk tea, egg pudding, boba, coffee jelly, the whole shebang. I get it 25% sweet because otherwise it's a bit much. Just don't drink it on a full stomach because it's basically a dessert in a cup. I also like their strawberry milk, though I wish they still offered it in smaller cups for the kids. Now they only have large sizes, which is kind of a bummer because I don't want them having giant drinks. Oh well! Their taro isn't really my favorite. It just doesn't have that strong taro flavor I love, and my taro-loving kids aren't into it either. Plus, they don't have a ton of non-caffeinated options, so if I'm with the kids, sometimes I have to hop to another boba spot for them. The parking is kind of meh. You can get in off Crenshaw or Sepulveda, but it's a little sketchy to get in and out because it's near a busy intersection. Lots of traffic, lots of people, you know the drill. Came here to grab a drink with a friend. We came on a Thursday around 6PM. There wasn't any other customer in the shop so we took our time to browse the menu. We ended up getting a black milk tea with mini pearl and a chocolate creama. My milk tea was yummy and the mini pearl was nice and soft. Service was fast and the worker was making our drinks as we were paying. OK Share Tea Torrance, what's going on with you? What seems to be my favorite boba place is going down hill... Boba is not consistent anymore. More mushy than a good day of boba. Don't bother requesting more ice or less ice. I've requested less ice which became more ice than regular. When I requested more ice on a hot day, they given me less ice. Lol. Their rewards program through Clover app does not work anymore.. I am here so often, without the rewards app working, it's not worth it for me to come here anymore, especially now with their drinks going downhill. I believe that's because the staff turnaround rate is so high! Anyhow, complaining about the app won't do you any good as they keep saying leave the receipt with your phone number and manager will adjust it.. well after maybe 39 plus drinks (yes, my parents and colleagues loved this place) my rewards forever remained at only 6 points, smh! Utterly disgusted and beyond disappointed with Sharetea! I have been a loyal and very frequent customer since this location opened, but unfortunately will no longer be a customer at this poorly run and extremely unprofessional establishment any longer. The employees are rude and unprofessional and like to pick and choose who they are friendly with and who they choose not to serve! They are discriminatory against customers and orders being placed. The "manager" needs to be properly trained in how to properly assist customers with a professional manner. Never have I experienced customer service on this low of a level. My kids wanted to try Share Tea. Writing this review after our 3rd visit. All 3 visits were pleasant over all. The employees seemed nice. The kids really liked the boba drinks at this place. But all 3 times-the service has been super slow. At one point, there were 4 ppl behind the counter but 2 of them seemed lost. Only one was actually making drinks and the other was at the register. Ordered the wintermelon with lemon juice, a great non caffeine drink, added Aloe Very and bubble boba, adjusted my ice and sweetness level, the drink came out great with balance flavor of lemon and melon flavor. Also ordered Honey lemon with aloe vera, added grass jelly as well, the cashier suggested lowering the sweetness level to 50% since the grass jelly is also sweetened and we really appreciated this recommendation because it would have been too sweet if we kept the level at 80% sweet. I don't understand why all the boba places can't do slushy everything like Share Tea... I love love love slushy ice blended teas with lots of boba. Share tea has always had the same consistency boba, very nice never too soft or too hard, and their tea is not bitter like some places. Plenty of parking and it's a spacious location with some bar seating and tables. I've tried their mango green tea, peach black tea and Thai tea , all of which were really good! You can adjust sweetness and ice levels which is nice. I'm not a fan of the texture of the boba and wish they had mango jelly as an option but other than that I definitely don't mind coming here to get my fruit tea or milk tea fix !! read more

I love their black milk tea and matcha red bean tea (opt out of red bean and added mini boba as topping). I usually order half sugar and regular ice. Sometimes it's more sugary than other visits but I don't mind. Their prices can't be beat! $3.75 for black milk tea. Yes please! Once you order, they ask you to wait outside of the store until your number is called. The staff are nice and very accommodating. Sometimes I ask for easy on the mini boba and they allow it. There's always parking at the lot but it's sometimes difficult to leave off Crenshaw to make a left on Lomita. Especially with the construction stuff in the way. Good luck! read more

I use to be a regular customer and buy coffee milk tea all the time until I had a bad experience with one of the employees while I was waiting my order the girl on the counter didn't even call my order I had yo go to the front and ask for it. Once I asked her about my order she grabbed my drink that was on the side and slam it to the counter not even a thank you nothing. This is just bad customer service.
