Bad business practice!!! Stolen Money, No Food! I ordered a vegan dish no tofu with small noodles. Dish was made with wide noodles and tofu almost no vegetables. When I noticed the discrepancy I advised the owner. She goes to correct the order and starts to ring me up again. I asked for a replacement not to be charged again and she said she does not do that. I said that was fine I would just return the food and take a refund. She took the food and told me I was not going to get a refund. So this owner of this business charged me for something I did not get. I have stopped the payment on my credit card however who does that? She was even tipped! Most insane business practice I have ever seen. You cannot simply charge someone for nothing. I can understand if you mess up an order but to threaten to charge them again to fix it and take the food and refuse a refund is insane. Update to the owners review. No exchange was made. I advised it was NOT vegetarian but vegan. Two different dietary needs. 1st lie on your review, we ordered two dishes vegan (which my boyfriend and I were very adamant about explaining at the beginning). Small noodles for mine and rice and veggies for his. No tofu on both. We waited outside and I took a phone call. 10 minutes go by and my boyfriend went inside to pick up the food and noticed immediately his was not right. He asked his to be fixed which you did with no problem. Since I was on the phone I did not have a chance to see mine yet. 10 minutes later still in the parking lot I had a chance to inspect my own food. Also not made correctly, wide noodles and tofu. I went inside and asked politely for it to be fixed. You said sure and began to ring me up again. We know the rest. You took my food and said I either pay for the fresh order or leave because you already fixed one of our orders and that should be enough. I did escalate because I was dumbfounded that you took my food and I ended up paying nearly 40 bucks with a tip mind you and no food. 2nd Lie. You caused a scene and it was not a conversation with staff. As the owner you should have handled the situation since NO ONE ELSE was involved. read more

The only down side was the amount if ice, but I would order it again. The pad thai was very moist and flavorful I ordered a level 3 which was actually a little bit spicy. Regarding the food - every time I've ordered take out, it's ready quickly and piping hot! Piping hot in both flavor AND spice! This is a Thai restaurant that knows what 5 stars really means, so tred lightly. As a vegetarian I can't speak to the quality of the meat, but their tofu and veg dishes have never disappointed. And when I specify "no fish sauce" they seem to respect it, and I love them for that. Highly recommend. Dishes I've enjoyed: Fresh Summer Roll, Pad Thai, Pad See Eiw, Pad Khee Mao, Pad Ka Prao, Saute Eggplant, and Red Curry.... And there's so many more I need to try.... read more

I rarely write reviews but I'm so disappointed that I feel I should. Preparation was fast, so thank you for that. Asked for 3 stars, I got zero on all 3 items. If you like it spicy then you'd be disappointed too. Pad Thai had nice flavor but they skimped on the protein and heat. Rama Wok was bland and the portion size was more like a lunch portion and zero heat. Certainly not worth $14. The reason I ordered was for the Kao Soi. It's my favorite comfort food.... Alas it was bland, chicken was rubbery strips and overall meh. If you've had good Kao Soi then you know what makes this dish so good. I cringe at the thought of trying to reheat any leftovers. Went there all together 3 times . Once with my daughter . The second time with my husband and his kid. And this time with my husband and business friend . We walked in at 2:18 pm and right away the male server looked up and said that we are going to close at 3 pm. I was wondering because that's 42 minutes away. And there were other two workers sitting and eating at a table that was all. So we said we'll eat and make it fast. My husband wanted to order a duck entree and the male server said it takes a long time to cook. So I asked him is it going to take more than 30 minutes to cook?. He then replied we would like to cook anything that takes about 10 minutes.... Btw I spoke Thai to him because I was born and grew up in Thailand. So we ended up ordering PadSeeEw, Pad Thai, and Tom yum. They were nice and so was the service after the first part. Just please don't try to shoo customers away when it is not 3 pm yet. I'll respect your break time but respect the owners say they'll close at 3 pm too. 90 Degrees Bangkok is a solid entry in the temperature-themed naming convention of Asian restaurants in the Lynnwood/Bothell area, with really good food and pretty decent service. The restaurant is quite easy to find, in a strip mall just off I-405 with plenty of free parking nearby. Inside, the decor is plain but pleasant and the restaurant seems clean. Seating is sparse -- only 10-12 tables -- so you should try to show up outside of normal meal hours or get takeout. Service is friendly enough, but a little slow, which probably does not help wait times. The food was really good. I tried the pad ka prow with chicken and the tom yum noodle soup. Both were very satisfying, with generous portions, crisp veggies, well-cooked meats, and good seasoning. Looking forward to coming back here to visit soon. read more

Best Thai place ever! Every meal I've had there was delicious and not disappointing at all. It was really authentic and my taste buds are always happy. My favorite dish is the pad Thai woon sen with prawns. I'm a huge fan of glass noodles and this dish used them with a pad Thai flavor. Perfect! probably one of the more authentic feeling places in this part of Bothell and their food is pretty good. Their food caters to the American taste meaning it is much sweeter Pad Kee Mao ( 4 out of 5 stars spicy) this was pretty spicy, But the noodles were so soft and the taste was pretty salty. I would be excited to come back and try more of their noodle dishes. This portion was so big I could barely finish it, in addition to the rice that they serve on the side Green curry ( 3 out of 5 stars spicy) The curry was so sweet it did not taste spicy at all. The tofu pad thai was underwhelming , probably won't be around to order any more noodle dishes. Thai Tea : 4/5 Thai tea was pretty authentic, it tasted like the ones I actually get in Thailand, however some might find it a bit bitter. You can always ask for more cream! The service was awesome too, however we went after the lunch rush. Decor is really cute, but probably not a great place for a date because of the crowded tables read more

My boyfriend had the orange chicken and for the cost you barely get any chicken and he said it was oily and fatty cuts of chicken and not good. I didn't plan on writing a review, but I felt kind of obligated here because my take out order was such a strange experience. I ordered fried spring rolls and orange chicken, which are kind of my goto when I'm trying a new thai place. The spring rolls were great! Crisp, crunchy, flavorful, and a good tangy sauce. Probably the best or tied for the best spring rolls I've had in the Bothell area, and the portion size was good too. After the great spring rolls I really had my hopes up for the orange chicken (usually polish off spring rolls before digging into the actual meal). Now the reason for 2 stars not 4-5... the orange chicken... the worst I think I have ever tried anywhere... ever... no joke... 100% serious. First off, checking my take out order I noticed the portion size was terrible, 10 pieces of chicken or less and no vegetables for $13. Now I can deal with a small portion size if the food is great, but the batter was HORRIBLE. All but maybe 2 pieces of chicken were entirely coated in batter that had the texture and taste of fat, THICK fat. I thought I got unlucky in the first few pieces, but I think the fat texture was intentional because almost every single piece of chicken had it and it coated 100% of the chicken, the actual chicken under the batter looked well cooked and non-fatty. I have never thrown out a meal before, but after the 1-2 non-fatty pieces the rest of the meal was inedible... I spit several pieces out, it was so bad I wanted to gag... so I threw away about 80% of the already small serving. So I paid $13 (+tax) for 1-2 pieces of OK tasting (6.5/10) chicken and threw the rest out. I will probably go back for the spring rolls since they were a good value and tasted great (8.5/10), but I will AVOID THE ORANGE CHICKEN AT ALL COSTS. read more

I've eaten here four times of the chef special menu and everything has been knock out level excellent. I travel frequently, have lived in 13 cities in 10 different states in the last 7 1/2 years and during that time I've been to over 1700 bars and restaurants. This has taken first place for best Thai places in the country for me. The fiery crispy duck was excellent if you can handle spice. The khao soi, the waterfall salmon , and the crispy salmon with apple salad were all excellent. Everything here was well cooked, seasoned, had a great kick, and was just perfect.
