I tried this pizza a while back and I love Detroit style squares that they have. The pepperoni was delicious and the sauce was on point. The crust was soft yet crusty which is very hard to do. I'm so glad they started this in Fresno. read more

This place was the BEST but now the original owner is gone and his "pride of quality" went with it. The craft pizza is now a poor imitation of its former self. I had this pizza place on my radar after seeing their amazing pics Instagram. After convincing the fam to try a new place we get there and the place is a little busy but nothing crazy. The girl cashier who took my order was very kind. We ordered a large pizza, garlic bread and a ceasar salad plus drinks. Total was about $65 and then we left a tip. There were about 2-3 families who ordered after us. We waited about 15-20 minutes and no food. Other people were getting their food but not us. Ok no worries...Finally got up and asked for an update and we got our garlic bread but it was LUKE WARM. How? Ok we ate that and another 10-15 passed and I noticed people who came after us got their multiple pizzas. I was like maybe they ordered ahead? Well we get up and ask for our salad and 5 mins later I get a very disappointing looking ceasar salad. Romain, finely grated parmessan, dressing and croutons. It was not worth the price to be honest. Then my husband goes to the register while someone who I beleive is the owner is chatting it up with his friend. After about 5 mins they stop talking and the owner guy goes back to business with the staff and my husband remains standing in front of the register while no one is asking him if he needs anything or aknowledging him. I stand up and ask the staff if this is normal, to order about 50 mins ago and everyone gets their items, come and go and we are still waiting. Theu say omg we are so sorry give us 6mins (which turned to another 10-15 mins) and finally we get the pizza but guess what?!? The pizza was LUKEWARM!!!! Howww?!?!? The pizza was ok. Not as good as I had expected but that's just our personal opininon. The owner guy made us dessert which was good and he was apologetic and they did send us home with a free appetizer but it ruined the experience as first timers. I have to say I love this pizza place I come here for all my party pizzas never any issues but yesterday as I came in for a quick bite during my lunch break I waited almost half my time just for the guy working Justin because he was inside smoking marijuana I know it's legal but indoors? Really? How uncaring and irresponsible he could've seriously got hurt or given me and or if my my kids were with me second hand smoke. Clearly he didn't care to waste my time nor does he care about the reputation of this restaurant other times I come I never have this issue but I was hungry and had to be at work very soon ... before even getting to order so this bothered me. I wanted to like this place. Went in on a Friday night. Four guys at one table and a couple at another. Trying avoid any waiting, I ordered online at 5:35 and was informed pizzas would be ready at 6:06. We ordered a Large Valley deluxe( Detroit), medium Pinnacles PBR (Detroit) and medium plain cheese (California). We arrived at 6:10 and was told it would be 5-10 minutes two pizza were ready and we were waiting on the Valley Deluxe. The employee behind the counter was polite and friendly. The third pizza was finally ready 25 minutes later as the other two sat on top of the oven. After the 10 min drive home all three pizzas were just warm. We had to reheat the pizza on the stove to get the desired taste and texture. Once reheated the taste was ok and quality of the ingredients was ok. The cheese had set and was a hard blanket over the pizza. I was disappointed in the overall experience since we spent $68 for three warm pizzas that needed to be reheated. I expected more and always try to spend on local, but sad to say I could have had the same experience for $8.99 at a cheap chain that sells squares. read more

Ordered the garlic chicken pizza and added artichoke hearts for an extra fee. It was ready at the time it was promised. I live 13 mins from the restaurant. I was so looking forward to eating It because the reviews were good. I found the pizza to be bland with minimalist toppings. I only tasted garlic once in the 3 slices I ate. I've waited long enough to give this pizza a try and I wish I would of had it sooner. I waited 24 hours before doing this review just to make sure my feedback wasn't just in the heat of the moment but my body had time to respond to the pizza (acid indigestion etc). I'm so happy I had no negative side effects! The sauce was great and I was so surprised on how good the gluten free pizza tasted too! The pizza tasted like the real thing minus the gluten. The sauce was yummy and it tasted fresh. I wish I would of ordered a side of sauce. I must disclaim, the toppings on my gluten free pizza was by mistake bc I had trouble ordering it online. My husband enjoyed the other pizza (I wish I could of eaten it) so much he kept complimenting on how good it was and he felt transported to another town.
