I was recently involved in an accident, which I was not a fault, but in the process the bumper of…read moremy car and the hood were damaged. Before I took the car into the body shop I decided to get an oil change at Jiffy Lube and in the process of raising the hood, the warped hinges of the hood caused damage to the body of the vehicle. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until after. I had left the service station for the oil change. I contacted management and shared photos and brought the vehicle in to be inspected at which point I was told that the damage was pre-existing and Jiffy Lube would do nothing about it. The only thing is, the damage was not pre-existing and now it's on me to repair.
