I get a text saying "I am here" but it turns out he is at my neighbors house, and so I go outside and say, "Oh hey I am here" and he replies with "Google maps showed this house"...Okay..well..if you looked at the house number you could have seen that was the incorrect house number, but no big deal. After taking a pretty quick look at my fridge he says "I can't fix it, hire a plumber" and so I asked "Do you know what this could run me by chance?" he responds "No idea, I don't know anything about plumbing." And I said, "Okay do you have any plumbers you recommend?" He says "No, I don't". Cool- really glad I spent $85 on this rude interaction. Everything was short, and really seemed like he would have rather been anywhere else in the entire universe than working that day.

After asking me some questions, Mike clearly explained the two options available, and the accompanying costs. After scheduling a mutually agreeable date and time for the job, Igor punctually arrived to remedy my refrigerator issue. The job at hand was to install a new water filter at the bottom of the refrigerator. This would by pass the damaged water filter socket inside the top of the refrigerator, and render it disconnected and non functional. He answered his phone immediately, gave me a quick quote, and then made time for me the next day. He called while on his way to our house, arrived earlier than expected, and did the work very quickly. I should add that Max was very thorough, very personable and friendly, and made me feel comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing.
