Inside, they offer some truly amazing treats. The flavors are bright, creative, and unlike anything you'll find at a typical ice cream shop. Staff were friendly on both of our visits and helped guide us through the options. We haven't yet been able to try their signature rolled ice cream -- once due to an anti‑griddle issue, and once because they were out of a specific cream needed -- but fear not, there were plenty of other excellent choices. Some in our group went with classic scoops, but we opted for the Ice Cream Nachos, which turned out to be outstanding. You choose your scoops, and they're served over delicate, crisp pizzelles and drizzled with sauces. We picked Cinnamon Roll and Banana Cream Pie scoops, both bursting with flavor and leaving us simply smiling. The finishing drizzle of pancake syrup tied everything together beautifully. Service was extremely friendly and prompt, and the outdoor seating made the experience feel relaxed and fun. This review reflects two separate visits, both of which were excellent. Frost & Foundry has quickly become our new favorite ice cream shop, and we'll definitely keep coming back -- hopefully soon enough to finally try that elusive rolled ice cream too.

We had a big group- we have seven kids- but he was quick and efficient. The real star, though, was the ice cream. Everyone was thrilled with their choices and practically licked the dish. No more samples, but I picked up a small green juice at the market this past weekend and WOW. This is my favorite green juice I've had. Pears, kale, parsley, apple and more are juiced to smooth perfection. They have beautiful packaging, a huge variety of blends, and I really can't wait to pick up a large haul to get me through the week the next time I head to the market. A few notes: they are open on Saturday ONLY and are located in the shed on the left hand side, about halfway through, when you enter by Zimmerman's. They have a $10 minimum on credit cards so, like many booths in the market, be sure to have cash on hand if you're looking for just one juice to enjoy while you shop. The juice is pricey, but actually more reasonable than Wegmans or some of the other juiceries in town, AND completely locally sourced. The market has been amazing throughout the pandemic. Masking is at 100% and even on a busy Saturday, people are moving in a more reasonable way and giving more SPACE, which is a welcome change I hope sticks around post-pandemmy. Happy juicing!

Roast master told me he does the sourcing, blending and roasting. This one had Ethiopian and Colombian beans. Fabulous blend of earthy and chocolate tones. I bought a pound to prepare with my French Press at hotel and the roaster grinded it to a perfect coarse. Side note: please never drink coffee from those hotel room machines. You can always do better! Come, have a coffee, have lunch, buy beans or ground coffee for your enjoyment at home. This is the type of place that makes café lovers feel right at home, even when traveling.
