Two months waiting for parts and call back vs. one week as promised. Ryobi Drain Auger broke first day and during second use. Was told to take it to an AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER for repair or replacement. Was told a part was needed which would be installed the following week. No follow up call! This repeated SIX MORE TIMES! No follow up call! I'm a DIYer and have switch to 30+ Ryobi cordless tools and made my life easier. Never had an issue with Ryobi as a brand or company. Went directly to Ryobi (Techtronic Industries) and the unit was replaced under warranty. No muss, no fuss. Excellent customer service. It's not that hard to provide decent customer service. This shop just didn't care. Don't waste your time and spare yourself the headaches. read more

Once I dropped off my electric lawnmower, they never call me back and I have heard nothing from them. I strongly suggest you find another option. They are in Fremont now. Took my Ryobi 40 volt mower there for repair. They had the part and repaired it while I was there. They took care of it under the Ryobi warranty. I am very happy with the service. read more

I don't normally leave reviews. But when the service is this bad, I have no choice. Three months ago, I called to see if they could help me with some pneumatic tools to repair. They said no problem bring them down. We'll review them and get back to you in a couple of days. No call back. Now I've made multiple attempts. Sometimes I get someone and they tell me they'll call me right back. But they don't. At this point I've just lost my tools. I had looked at earlier reviews and thought well maybe they'd be OK. And as a professional GC, I'd like to have somewhere reliable, that I can take my repairs to. Don't take your tools to him or her!!! They both are not professionals and don't follow through on anything that they say they will do. read more

We had purchased Ego Tools and found the only local service provider was in Fremont, A & M Tool Repair. They were the best customer service I had had in many years with anyone. They came to my home in Morgan Hill to pick up our weed eater, fixed it correctly, and offered to drive it back down to us. Wow! I was at first disappointed that Ego had only one service shop in the bay area, but after working with A and M, I couldn't be more pleased. Will deal with them whenever we need tools services. Plus, pricing was so very reasonable. read more

Beware of doing business with these shady and dishonest people! They steal your belongings (power tools) and you'll never see them again! They stole our lawn mower and never bothered returning it back as the one guy working there, Abraham promised he would. They are very unprofessional, they never return your calls, let alone bother replying to your text messages. If you want to find out the status of a repair, good luck ever getting through to them because they never respond the way professional and reliable businesses normally do and usually ignore your messages, block your calls and rudely and impolitely hang up on you. They don't understand or know the meaning of good customer service. I wouldn't even recommend them to nobody after the filthy games they play! Stay away from them and tell everybody you know to never deal with them for nothing! They are the biggest thieves and their level of low class service is as shitty as it gets!!! A and M Tool Repair has our pneumatic drill now for over 6 months and will not return our calls or our drill. Unacceptable.
