Hilarious how stupid these people are. If you are a seller beware and please make sure you do not allow these morons around your home unsupervised. My house was left filthy from their grubby inspector and things were broken from their inspection. There was urine left on one of my toilets and all of the faucet handles were not centered as they had been left. The guy clearly was a slob and left my home nasty. Their reports refer you to "professionals" (which they clearly are not) instead of actually doing much of anything except pointing out stupid stuff. Having purchased a few homes I always laugh at people that are stupid enough to pay for home inspections instead of just checking the house out themselves. I used this home inspection service when I sold my mobile home and purchased my single family home un August 2014. The home I was purchasing showed water stains on the drywall in the garage which looked to be caused by a leak un the roof. I was told by the inspector that all roof repairs had been made and there was no reason for me to be concerned. During a heavy rain un the month of February 2016 the roof leaked thru the drywall at every location there was water stains. My realtor selected the company and made the appointment and I can see he uses this company often for inspections! The inspector, John, arrived early, was very professional while also being friendly and making the process for a first time buyer very easy and comfortable. We had interesting circumstances to deal with sonce the tenant was there and hadn't been told exactly what the inspection process was but John was nothing but professional working around the tenant. Great experience with Danny on our home inspection last week! We are purchasing a log cabin, so it took some time finding the right inspector, and Danny was the guy! He was really thorough and professional, took time explaining things to us, and even did some cursory inspection of several outbuildings on the property without charging us extra. He was concerned about a possible gas smell from an old valve, but didn't have the proper tool in the truck so he came back a few days later to give us the final word on it. Fran in the office was very helpful as well. They do have a call center for answering calls that they can't get to, but the call center folks are not as knowledgable so if you have a less than conventional property you are better off waiting until you can reach the local staff directly. All around great experience and I would highly recommend them! read more
