Hello, we are in our process of purchasing a very unusual Victorian home in Vista and yesterday another unusual day , it rained all day. I was looking forward toward our inspection of our new home thinking to myself, " I have been in this home several times and everything looked great so I'm sure they will run through this with ease however it's raining . I was surprised the appointment standed. Two very courteous gentlemen showed up ready to go with pleasant attitudes and briefed me on what to expect. The home is large and after a few hours of scrutiny we were briefed on the findings. I was amazed at the things that were found and clearly every nook and cranny was observed. There were several items that would have been annoyances as I got to know the home but nothing major to report . In any event a very detailed report was printed right there . We spent a bit of time going through what this company felt was essential to fixing and other things elective. I am so satisfied with this company and their thoroughness and professionalism. At the end of our meeting, I was thanked and given a present , a token of appreciation. I won't reveal what that was so as to keep the surprise.Although I left with a hard copy and photos of the findings,the next morning, I received another copy of everything emailed to me. We are in escrow now and needed a great inspection of the house in question. Though the home is under 1,000 sq ft., inspector John Johnson took no short cuts. He was thorough and very easy to talk to as he climb through the attic, assessed the roof while on it, and noticed the details of the structure that I wouldn't have. after the 1 hour 40 minute inspection, he summarized his findings with an explanation of the 14 page detailed report we received, and allowed for more questions at the end. We were both impressed and satisfied he did his job very well. I highly recommend this inspection company for they are reasonable in price and great in quality. read more
