Another plumbing company found out we had a few river rocks down our main sewer line and they were wedged in a way that was difficult to get them out with the Hydro jet. Mary at 1-Tom assured us that they could probably get the rocks out somehow even if they had to dig up the lawn, which the other company said they could do but Mary said they could beat the price. She let us know they wanted our business and after calling many other places, we decided to go back to 1-Tom in good faith. They arrived the next morning around 8:30 and began brainstorming on how to get the rocks out. After a couple hours, I went outside to check on them and noticed two of the rocks were removed. They had been using J-B weld bonding in a shower curtain rod to pull them up. This was a great idea since there is still not a tool designed to pull and grab things up from a pipe down below. All in all they were here for a few hours and they definitely avoided digging up the lawn for $3500. Rocky and I think Steven completed the job. Friendly, trustworthy, and determined.

Adam even fixed a loose doorknob on his way out of my home after providing his initial quote, something I hadn't even noticed until he pointed it out. I only wish I had gone to them when the initial flood event occurred in my home, it would have no doubt saved me several months of inconsistent communication, botched remediation, and overbilling by the vendor chosen by my HOA. No extra charges to move the dryer out and back in. They had a special going so I figured I would give them a try. They came equipped to do the job and it only took half and hour. Then even gave us a chance to run to get a new dryer vent hose and they put it on. The other one was crimped bad and so the dryer was not getting much airflow. Glad we got it cleaned out and we saw a photo of the clean vent. With lint in the vent or hose you can get a fire. I would recommend this company. They do a lot of other cleaning and restoration work. I only tried them for the dryer vent cleaning but would try them again on other jobs. Give them a call.

I called up Dan because I had a house fire in my apartment 2 weeks ago. I had to move to a new place, and as you can imagine the smoke and water damage followed with my belongings- specifically my $2400 sectional couch that I just got paid off. I was worried that the water marks, black spots, and smoke smell wouldn't come out, but WOW was I wrong!! Dan was not only super friendly, but he went above and beyond for me and cleaned the entire couch, until every little mark was gone. I obviously tried to get the couch clean myself, and couldn't get anything out. So I can't believe he got it looking this good! It honestly looks and smells brand new. During the Holidays my English Bulldog got very sick on our new shag carpet and gray sofa. I tried cleaning the stains out but wasn't successful. The worst part was the smell. Dan is super friendly and accommodating! I'm on the 3rd floor of a very old apartment building and he had to run the hose up the stairs and down the hallway just to get into my apartment. Once he was there, he quickly went to work, and knew exactly what to do to correct the stain on my sofa. It looks brand new! Dan came out to my apartment after my puppy urinated on our new couch. This service was absolutely amazing. We tried a different company prior to A Choice and the smell still lingered. I mentioned my kids were sick on the couch and he took extras steps to make sure the couch was disinfected. The germs didn't stand a chance. About a month ago Dan came to clean up a stain on my couch left by my baby. He kept in contact about his arrival time, showed up promptly and got to work. Within about 15 minutes he had not only cleaned up the stain, but gave all my cushions a once over. He was kind and efficient. My couch looks like new! read more

So our 2nd floor carpets looked like they were ready to be replaced and I think they are original to the house. I think the carpet is maybe 19 years old. Yeah, so I thought that it was ready to be replaced and was considering doing it very soon. So we cleaned the carpets just to see if that would help. Also let me explain that I did get them carpet cleaned before I moved in and the carpet looked okay then. But I still felt like they needed to be ripped out and put in new carpet. After Full Circle Service did their magic to my carpets I was very surprised to see that the carpet looked new. I'm not saying they looked like new carpet, but I was just amazed at the transformation. The staff was very friendly and very polite. They were very understanding. Our appointment started at 9am and they were done around 11am. They did 4 rooms, a hallway, and stairs in that amount of time. I was really pleased with that. Just great service and very punctual. They were there right at 9am on the dot. You can't ask anymore than that. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. With that said they are pricey as compared to other carpet cleaners around town. But when you use these guys you are paying for quality. I wouldn't have believed it if I haven't seen the work. My carpet feels great too. I can enjoy walking barefoot again. You have to check them out yourself to really understand. Definitely check out some of the pictures on their Yelp page because those pictures really speak for themselves. Also, I did talk to them about some trouble areas and spots on the carpets to see if they could get them out and man they got them out. They really did! I think when the guy was talking to me, he told me not to get my hopes up about getting them out. They were just doing that because they knew they were going to get the spots out haha. Then the driver was not prepared. He spent an hour and a half working on his equipment, he even had to borrow jumper cables to get his machine started. After an hour and half with just spotted sprayed I told him maybe he should go make sure his equipment works before bidding a job. So after waiting days on these guys who, everyone else thinks they're great. I don't have my carpets cleaned and now have to find someone else to do the work. A day later they did call and apologized. That says something.

The team was incredibly responsive, they showed up measured the square footage, talked me thru the process and I had a quote very quick. They worked around my schedule to clean the floors. They treated my home as if it was theirs. The floors are immaculate. The tile and grout look brand new. The carpets are so beautiful. I'm thrilled at the service and the price was more than fair. My first call went to voicemail, and he returned my call while I was leaving a voicemail message. On March 24, 2026, Zach and Craig came to our 1850 sf home to clean all the carpeting. They arrived on time and got right to work, bringing in their equipment carefully and putting corner guards in place throughout the house. One of the first things I noticed was the pleasant scent - it is very light and does not smell like chemicals. My usual preference is for no scent, but I found myself preferring this delicate scent. They were efficient and quick (but not too quick!), and the carpets looked very clean when they were through. The price is one of the most reasonable I have found in Reno and includes a military discount (thank you, Zach, for your patriotism!). Fresh Start is fairly new to our area, but not new to the business of cleaning flooring. We look forward to trying their tile cleaning service next. If you need your carpets cleaned, I feel confident recommending Fresh Start Carpet Care.

Then he installed a section of remnant that I had left over from the original installation and it turned out beautifully. No additional charge was added for the installation of the remnant, so I asked to clean three area rugs while he was at it and this was done quickly with great results. We called the company and they didn't even have us on their schedule. Then remembered the conversation and appointment date of today after speaking further with my husband. They acted completely surprised that we had an appointment . He was out for the day and could come by later if we " need it" . No thank you!! This scares me as to the quality of care they would have given our carpets anyway.
