Two years later, multiple roofing inspectors are now saying I need a complete reroof due to the shingles being at end of life. Im shocked as the inspection InspectPro did merely 2 years ago should have caught this and I could have negotiated it with the seller at the time (the whole point of doing a property inspection to begin with). I spoke to Rob, the inspector, and he said the company does not comment on the condition of the roof. Thats why they recommend folks get a 5 year certification from a roofing company. Ridiculous as an inspection conveys the condition of the house. Bottom line: I think he dropped the ball on the roof. Im reluctant to give bad reviews to small buinsesses but I wanted to share my experience and hope someone else will not experience this. Suffice it to say, I will not being using them again.

Our general contractor recommended Scott and Enviro Excellence, and we are very glad he did. As others have mentioned here, Scott was a consummate professional: he was incredibly communicative, on-time, and very, very thorough. We appreciated that throughout the entire process, Scott was more than willing to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. He was required to take a number of samples from throughout our house, but did so in a way that was not overly disruptive and in a way that wouldn't look too bad in the stretch before any holes made get repaired (or completely ripped out). He met all timelines he promised for delivery of the results and was incredibly helpful in talking us through not only the results, but what they meant in terms of next steps around abatement. While we never wanted to get news that we had asbestos that needs to be taken care of, we were lucky to have Scott help us to understand what that meant even to recommend some people who could do the work to clean the asbestos up. We've been lucky to have worked with Scott through this problem and we'd absolutely recommend he and his company to anyone in need of asbestos testing.

They were able to get me a time within a few days. Michael Morgan was my inspector. He more than met my expectations. I got an amazingly specific report along with photos of each item. I was able to talk to him for a little bit during the inspection, but I ended up having to leave. I called the next day to get some additional information and he was happy to help. He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful.
