Avoid Jeep Glendora service…read more I brought my Wrangler in for a roof leak during heavy rain and provided photos and video at drop-off. None of it was documented. My vehicle sat there for a week with minimal communication, and I had to repeatedly call for updates. They ultimately claimed they "couldn't duplicate the leak." However, when my vehicle was returned to me after a wash, it was actively leaking onto the front seat--on their lot. Paperwork was incomplete and had to be corrected by hand at pickup. The most concerning issue: when I tried to schedule a return visit, I was told they could not book me due to a "note" on my account tied to the survey I completed. I was then repeatedly lectured about how my survey score impacted the advisor personally (Serena). Being denied service and made to feel uncomfortable for providing honest feedback is completely unacceptable. Lack of documentation, failure to diagnose a clear issue, poor communication, and unprofessional conduct. I would not trust this service department with my vehicle.

My wife was taking the car for oil changes and on the 4th one I came in and I was surprised that there was a charge. I explained to the service manager who quickly looked it up and found that I was previously charged as well. Turns out they was to be no charge on them! He fixed the problem and all was okay. Last week they told me that my transmission fluid, brake fluid and radiator fluid was bad based on their multi point inspection. They even provided photos of said "bad" fluids. Turns out I jad replaces and serviced all three at another Toyota certified dealership 2 months prior! The service guy was terrible and unconcerned about the deceptive inspection report. They will RIP YOU OFF ! get a second opinion on everything they claim is needed in their multi point inspection. You will find there are very few things that actually need to be addressed. They also use deception in their language in the report, be careful at this dealership. There was more bs they told me but this is enough.

My vehicle alerted me to an oil issue through the Hyundai app, and I noticed a burning smell along with the dashboard alert. This was incredibly alarming because driving a vehicle without sufficient engine oil can lead to catastrophic engine damage and create a serious safety hazard if the engine loses power while driving. No customer should have to worry that their vehicle may have been placed at risk after a routine service appointment. Especially when their occupation is driving small children. To make matters worse, I have called the service department multiple times and have been unable to reach the service manager or receive a return call. The lack of communication and urgency regarding such a serious concern has been just as frustrating as the issue itself. I trusted this dealership to properly maintain my vehicle, and instead I have been left with a car I do not feel safe driving and no answers. I hope management takes this matter seriously, thoroughly investigates what happened, and treats future customers with the level of care and accountability they deserve.

I bought a 2012 Nissan and in less than a month after driving it started making noises and running slow. Took it to a mechanic and gave me a print out of all the things wrong with it! The dealer MIKE then started "it's all wear and tear" (mind you some of these "wear and tares" could have been dangerous for driving!) He said he'd fix ONE thing on the list. Then did not answer any of my calls or texts. I have screenshots to prove everything. So I fixed it myself, $2,000 more later. Then after fixing the wear and tears, a month after that (2 months into purchasing the car) the car started slowing down. So not even a year later, the car now needs a whole new transmission! He refuses to fix anything because his cars are "sold as is" I ran a history on the car and there was no history of it being maintenance by him. So a total of $13,000 later here I am. This car is not worth that much for what it is. He clearly sold me the car with all these pre existing issues and didn't disclose any of it or is taking accountability.

Customer wait area is sufficient and cool with restrooms nearby, comfortable seats, coffee and water available for free and a tv playing the news channel. Additional seating outside as well, which is shady in the morning and mostly sunny the rest of the day. Additionally, I was greeted by a staff member who greeted me and asked me to wait for my advisor. It's a nice gesture to be greeted and part of what made my visit feel welcoming. All in all this visit was easy and better than expected due to the nice customer service received by all staff members, even Gary, the Service Manager, came out to talk to me a little.
