In the three years we've lived in Central Oregon, I'm fairly certain he is the only server we've ever seen there. Ever. And his attitude has been consistent. They all offered all you can eat, with everything freshly prepared to order, for about $30. That is what is referred to as "liquidity". At Sora Sushi, you wait half an hour for a few pieces of nigiri. Everything is wildly overpriced, mediocre quality. But you pay it. Because you're in Central Oregon and that's all there is. Two stars might be a tad harsh, they didn't poison me or anything. But just like everything else here, you pay a mountain tax in quality, price, and service. There are better sushi options around, but to be fair, they are even more overpriced. The problem isn't Sora. Sora is a symptom. Save your money and just eat at home.
