The first time I went to have a partial made and it was extremely wrong, then we went to a Flexible one that cost 500 more than the one I had, I asked about it and the book keeper said there wasn't the flexible one in my chart oh so I paid 2k for it and your not showing it and it was also not a fit. We went back to the same one as the first and this time 4 times he tried to fix it which he did not do, its not my fault its the labs fault he refuse to send it back so now im out over $2,500 for a partial I can't wear. The other thing is i have a broken tooth and it was an ER, i received an appointment the next day and then received a call saying he could not see me and i had to wait until the next day. Every time I am there and on time they put me in the chair and have to sit there for an hour before I can see Dr Tran and no one evens come in to say a word. It was never like this in 2020. I feel ripped off, there is no flexible partial and i have photo of it and the paper work but would help me the billing gal today was so rude I can't believe she is still there. I don't allow anyone to talk to me the way she did today.

There were so many different ways to go about this and none of those ways were established. Waiting two months was ridiculous but seemed worth it, being pushed out was disappointing, and being cancelled on altogether is infuriating. If they were honest from the beginning saying he may or may not be able to see you because he may or may not be retiring would have been much better than blind siding patients. I find it hard to believe he decided to close down just on a whim. The second star is only given because previous appointments were great.

Their office is quiet and clean, all of the hygienists are incredibly gentle and nice, and Dr. Arya is amazing. He is always so kind and explains everything.
