I have a 1990 Subaru that I use as a beater/camper car. I found out the first time it rained that there was a major leak in the windshield that caused the rain water to pour right into my lap like an open faucet. Having been near the ocean all its life led to the metal being rusted away completely. I stopped in and A-Rod helped me immediately. I walked to get some lunch and came back and they were done already. He charged me a very fair price and even during very heavy rains, it has not leaked a drop inside the car. I am very pleased. I had shown up with my 5-year old son to meet a Geico and A-Rod rep to inspect and assess damages to my passenger car door. The entire experience was so pleasant and I couldn't believe I was at an auto body shop as I've always had very cold, short conversations with mechanics. The guys not only were respectful and detailed, they gave my son coloring pages and crayons, entertained them while I needed to "talk shop" and transitioned me to my rental car rep, which was immediately onsite. They were diligent enough to call me every few days to tell me status and when I picked up my car, all I could say was, "Wow. Just magic." they helped me out 2 times , first to change a headlight, then to change my oil. i went it to see if they could change my headlight again but they "just didn't have time right now" . they didn't charge me for it the first time, even though i was willing to pay then and the second time for changing the light.. but i just thought it was bad customer service to have me drive back and forth to the shop to be told they didn't have time to do it each time i went even thought they were the ones telling me to come back?... oh well. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!Just picked up my car from A-rod yesterday. I was very upset someone had keyed my car and it's always a hassle dealing with rental and paying the unexpected deductible along with taking one off from work just an over all inconvenience. I was referred to A-Rod collision by a friend of mine who also had repairs done here. The manager Chris took my car in that day and after expressing my frustration of not having car rental on my policy he offered to put me in a rental vehicle compliments of the shop. They fixed the huge key mark on the side of my car and when I picked up my car yesterday I swear I didn't even recognize it. Chris explained to me that because I have a black car it's important to "show it some love" in his words I asked if the painted my entire car as the scratch was only in one side and he said "no I had my detail department so a full cleaning inside and out we had the vehicle waxed and polished". I've never been so happy my car looked just like it did of not better the day I bought it the shiny black looked like glass the hospitality from the moment I walked in stressed out upset to the outcome when it was all over was all worth the wait I highly recommend this place read more

I was involved in a collision on Hwy 101 and Geico recommended this shop. This is a high end car and had both front and back end damage. After reading the reviews of several garages I decided to go with their recommendation. Now initially the agent told me it would be 5 weeks max to get my car back. 4 months later I finally got my car back. The estimate of damage was very low and as they took the car apart to fix it just uncovered more and more parts. Now you would think I would be annoyed - I was but not at the garage. A-Rod was awesome - they paid for my rental when it went past what my insurance would, they gave me a loaner car for three months, they called me EVERY week, every week with an update and the owner and his staff were friendly, informative and were just awesome. I was so happy to have my car back ... but the service I received was awesome. I would absolutely use them again! read more

The reviews for this body shop speak for themselves. I came into the shop and was surprised at how well the staff treats their customers. Although Freddy wasn't in charge of repairing my car, he would always leave whatever he was doing just to come and greet me. The level of respect I received from him made me feel more than just a customer. At the beginning when I had met with Chris to get my car checked out, Chris told me that the shop will do it's best to blend the paint with the factory paint but it will never be a 100% match because of the different painting techniques. With that in mind I decided I would leave my car with arod because of their good reputation. Im really glad I trusted them with my car because they finished repairing all four body panels in less than a week and you can't even tell they were repainted. I even asked my friends to guess which doors were repainted and they weren't able to see a difference which demonstrates the quality of work they put into repairing cars.
