Someone hit my rear side bumper at carpark. Together with minor dents from front bumper, decided to ask for quotes to repair both front and rear bumpers. The quotes I received were crazy high. Someone referred me to Pacheco and immediately Carlos gave me a very reasonable quote. For those minor dents, he did not recommend a full paint job even though that will give him more profit. We dropped off a bumper to be painted 2 months ago. This bumper was brand new from the manufacture still in the packaging. When we dropped it off the guy said 4-5 days. A month went by and not a word. We went down there to find the bumper only having a coat of primer. The guy said it'd be done the following week around Wednesday or Thursday. Well another 2 weeks went by and again not a word. So we called to let them know we were just going to pick it. He offered to paint it and have it ready the same day. Last time I checked quality paint jobs don't take a day unless it's a rattle can job. We got the bumper and there were scratch markers everywhere. Honestly such a waste of time. I got into a fender bender and was recommended this shop from a friend. The overall experience was genuine and Carlos gave honest and excellent customer service. However, I didn't have my car for over a month due to the fact that Allstate is cheap and didn't want to replace the part but repair it. Carlos insisted that new parts are recommended and that is what I got. But he ordered the wrong bumper which wasn't a huge deal and prolonged the repair another couple of days. I got my car back but had to bring it back due to the park assist sensor not working and Carlos took it in and fixed that for me. I have to admit that I felt like writing a review last time and I completely forgot! Well, as luck may have it this is the second time I need them (Range Rover Evoque before and a Mazda CX5 this time around). So I have used them twice. Both times, perhaps with 3 or 4 years in between, Carlos took care of the situation with an outstanding customer care demeanor and specially with an end product that had me telling him, now twice: "...are you sure this is my car?, because it sure looks better than before the accident!". Researched on alot of other auto body shops and none of them wanted to help me out with my special custom made track spoiler on my car. But, this incredible place decided to help me out without knowing how challenging the work was going to be, because as you can see in the photos, you rarely see cars with that kind of spoiler on the streets. The owner himself was so friendly, patient and super knowledge with this business. He admitted he has never done like this before, gave me a very very resonable quote. The job actually ended up for approximately 5-6 hours due to hardware issues as the part came in without any hardware. These guys are absolutely wonderful! *I also attached before/after photo of my Toyota Corolla* The few places I went before were overpriced and when they took a look at my car, they just looked at the damage on the outside of the car. Not once did they consider looking under the hood to see possible damage. I was recommended by another place to come here and am incredibly thankful! My first visit to Carlos I was shocked at how thorough he was. He looked at the front bumper dent and even opened the hood checked for damage. My driver side mirror was also broken and he checked my door to see if anything else was wrong with the car. He was explaining what he was looking for and his reasons for doing so. No one else did this! His thorough search was enough to show me he really knew what he was doing. Dropping off the car last Wednesday night was a bit of a struggle for me because I got off late from work. Carlos was patient and told me he'd wait for me! Such great customer service! Dropped off the car, filled out paperwork and got a rate, which I was super happy with because everyone else wanted to charge me $400 more!
