Sam was the only one who insisted on coming out in person to inspect everything first--and thank goodness he did. He arrived with a black light and immediately discovered that the existing carpet throughout our home was saturated with pet urine from the previous owners. He even pulled the carpet back to show us that the urine had soaked through the pad and into the baseboards. He was completely honest and told us that even if we paid him $1,000, he wouldn't clean the carpet because it simply wasn't salvageable. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Instead of trying to sell us a service that wouldn't work, Sam helped us make the right decision by replacing the carpet. His pricing was very fair, and there was never any pressure. We chose our carpet on a Friday, met with Sam the following Tuesday to sign the contract and pay the deposit, and his crew was already at our house demoing the old carpet that same day. The project was expected to be completed by Sunday, but they finished an entire day early on Saturday. The installation came out beautifully. The carpet is incredibly soft and plush--it honestly feels like we're walking on clouds. The craftsmanship is excellent, from the seamless installation throughout the rooms to the beautifully finished stairs. Everything looks clean, professional, and was completed with great attention to detail. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Whenever we called or texted Sam, he responded promptly and kept us informed every step of the way. To top it all off, Sam stands behind his work. He provides a one-year warranty, and if the carpet stretches or anything needs adjusting, they'll come back and make it right at no charge.
