I still remember she said it's so painful to do permanent makeup and may not do it anymore, but upon recommendation from her friend, and since we were in the area, she decided to give it a try. She had the permanent makeup done by Mee, who was very kind and careful with the work she does. Mee also mentioned that permanent make up should not have my wife bleeding all over her face, which she was in Korea, and made sure that she understands the process. When the service was finished, my wife was very happy with the outcome and enjoyed the time and the service she got here. I am not an expert on this permanent make up and what not, but coming from my wife saying it's an excellent services, I will not hesitate to give this place 5 stars. (She rarely rates any place 5 stars if at all.) Well, aside from Hutchin's BBQ, wife has another reason to visit Texas in the future.

Decided to take them up on the offer…read more Although I was skeptical at first because of change of ownership I decided to move forward simply because of my fabulous experience with Joker the previous owner. First red flag: Always and I stress always go with your first mind. I needed a combo brow touch up which we agreed was $360. I paid a deposit of $50. Appt set 5/13 @9 Fast forward to a week later. I called and stated several spots didn't take well and would like an appointment for her to look it over as a touch up or do over or whatever she could do to make it right as there was zero or near faint spots in those areas. I was told I need to wait an additional 2 weeks and come it for a touch up. I'm like wait, it's only been a week and I've already paid you over $400 which included a generous tip and it's been less than a week. Why do I have to pay for a touch up. She commenced to give a bogus excuse about me being an herb user. Really that's your explanation. Many people come in because of harsh pharmaceutical meds like chemotherapy and you're telling me herbs will keep you from looking over your work from a week ago just to gain an additional $129 or so from me? No I'll pass on that. I called around and asked other technicians and was told an appointment should have at least been granted rather than over the phone discussion because there's no way of truly telling until visually inspecting and 2-4 weeks later is too long for customer to be upset if all that money was paid for something they're not happy about. Vibe was ok under previous ownership but can't say I was happy and money was NOT well spent!
