It's just as the other reviews said! I scheduled with Will and he was very kind, responsive and helpful.

A few weeks ago, my AC system went out, during the middle of summer. My pure luck, the first place I called was A1 AC Services. Fairly quickly, they sent someone out, whose name is Will. I was totally impressed with him from the beginning. He measured my freon and it was low, so he put some sealant in and more freon, in the hope that the sealant would prevent any further leakage. I also changed one or two (I'm not sure) of the capacitors. He said he wouldn't charge, as they would have to see if things stayed good. It was fine for a couple of weeks, and then the air stopped being very cold, and I had to call Will to come out again. He showed me that the freon was low again, although not quite as low as before. Anyway, to cut to the chase, I had to install a new coil in my attic. Will came out with three of his technicians, and they finished up in around 90 minutes. I wasn't asked to pay then, and a couple weeks later Will called to check on how things were working. I told him things were fine, and he came out today to collect their fee, the first amount I had to pay during this whole problem. I cannot recommend Will enough. He's intelligent, likeable, and seems very honest. Overall, wonderful service! read more

I can't recommend this company any higher! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I called Will and he came out the same day and checked a wall heater for me on a rental unit. He was honest, on time, clean and very professional. He was very good at explaining things to us. I highly recommend him. So hard to find good people with integrity. Will is the best! Our thermostat was malfunctioning and I called A1 AC. Will responded quickly and worked with my schedule to come on a Saturday when I wasn't working. He showed up on time and was very professional. Where do I start, my AC broke on the hottest week of the year. I got will's number from a friend. I called him, he was so busy but so courteous. I told him my daughters room is 88 degrees. As busy as he was, he said he can come in the morning at 6:30 AM. He was so nice, he came sharp at 6:30 AM and fixed all the issues and also taught me what signs to look for in the future. Will was awesome. Nice guy and good energy. Our A/C broke during this heat wave. I called him up yesterday and he was able to come through today. Probably took him 30 minutes or less to complete the job (our a/c unit is on top of our 3rd floor!). Our capacitor went out and he was able to replace it on the spot. He already had parts to replace it with. No waiting for parts to get ordered. Also, gave us a little Air Conditioning 101. Would 100% recommend! read more

This is a great company to install heating and air, they have great prices and excellent products. I've had my system now for 3 years and it works great, the maintenance fee is reasonable and the come out quickly when needed, they even call you and check to make sure everything is ok. read more

William from A1 AC Services is the real MVP. After looking at several Yelp reviews for an aC company I decided to give A1 a call. My AC was leaking water and I needed someone to come look at it. It was about 8am, and William answered and told me he could come that afternoon( and we were in the middle of a heat wave, so I didn't think I could get someone out so quickly) When he came, he checked the unit and pretty much knew right away what the problem was. Since it was about 90 degrees and he needed to go into the attic, we decided since it wasn't an urgent matter that he come back the following week. Well the following week he came back and quickly fixed the issue. I was so happy with the service I received. I will definitely be calling A1 for all our AC needs, and so should you . I found this company through Yelp & Will has been amazing! I own a business & was moving in to a large storefront. I called him to see about coming to check out everything before we opened. He was able to come meet me at the shop, got on the roof & made sure everything was good. He explained in detail how my system works & what he recommends. I had him order a part for me & give me an estimate on when it would arrive & when he'd be able to come back to install it. He came back on the day promised & installed the part & now everything works great! I've had a few questions since & was able to reach out to him & his response time was great! Will is amazing. The capacitor on our A/C unit went out during one of the heat waves and Will and another team member made a point to get out to our house the next day. Building management wanted to charge me for a new furnace, with their maintenance person claiming the furnace couldn't be fixed - Will took no more then 40 minutes to replace a valve, which fixed the problem right away, and was also nice enough to fix my thermostat as well. My mother heard a bang in the middle of the night up in the attic. I called Will and he came out to inspect the furnace for us. He came on time and thoroughly inspected the furnace for us. Unfortunately, he couldn't find anything wrong with it but he reassured my mother that our furnace has several safety features that prevents it from catching fire. He was friendly and courteous. I wish there could be a 6th, 7th, or 10th star. Will was fantastic. Called him on a Saturday afternoon for my A/C that had stopped. After describing what was going on, he first suggested I change something, which would have meant him helping me out but no business for him. That was the first positive sign of his work ethic. When that didn't work, I further described what was going on and sounds it was making and he knew exactly what it was over the phone. He came that same day within about 2 hours, arrived earlier then said, explained everything he did, explained more about the AC unit when I asked, even answered questions about a friend of mine's house AC problem, and if that wasn't enough, he even recommended a different house filter I could use, explained why it would be beneficial and helped me find it on Amazon. Our AC started blowing out hot air and when we called our usual HVAC Company they were booked for almost 3 weeks... I couldn't take the heat in our house any more and had my father call Will (Based off of good google reviews) and see if he couldn't come by and help us figure out what was wrong. He came by on a Sunday Morning, right on time and very courteous. It turns out that a power surge had caused our breaker to be turned off in our fuse box. Once our breaker was turned back on, Will was able to reset our thermostat and checked to make sure that the air coming out was cool and not warm. I cannot thank him enough for his prompt service and kindness. Oh, and since he didn't have to make an actual repair, He did not charge me or my dad for the service call ...
