Jaime and Jesus handled the installation of the air handler, ductwork, and heat pump. They worked hard, were very respectful of our home, kept things clean, and honestly were much quieter doing the work than I expected considering all the cutting and installation involved. Once again, another promise with no follow-through. If your goal is to resolve this matter, then call me so we can discuss a solution that is fair to both of us instead of continuing to make excuses. Regarding the HVAC work, the installation of the two motors--one for the swamp cooler and one for the kitchen hood--was well over $5,600. If you believe otherwise, feel free to post the invoices. As for not charging me for all of your technician's time, that's because he spent more than 10 hours on a job that he ultimately could not fix. That wasn't because you were being generous; it was because the work took far longer than planned due to the problem remaining unresolved. You also claim you responded promptly.
