I brought my baby into RODA in Rockville, Md and I cannot find the words to describe how happy I am! I drove out only paying 40 dollars! WHAT?!? Nowhere will you find a car shop who charges only 40 dollars for a tire rotation, diagnosis, given future plan...( if my issue is not fixed from rotation) and a car wash with interior vacuuming!!! The vehicle was returned to me with loose/exposed components and wiring that were not in that condition when I handed the car over. On top of that, the actual interior detail itself was poor enough that Roda has now acknowledged my dissatisfaction and offered to refund the detailing charge. What concerns me far more than the bad cleaning, however, is how Roda responded to the damage. Their written response states that because their valet was able to drive my vehicle back to me, they believe the vehicle was returned safely and operably. Being able to physically drive a vehicle does not mean it was returned in the same condition in which it was received, nor does it establish that components were properly reassembled or secured. They also told me that detailers routinely "touch items in vehicles and rearrange them as necessary to reach every crevice" and suggested that, going forward, I should take my vehicle somewhere with "customization experience." This is not a customized or exotic vehicle requiring some unusual detailing procedure. I brought them a vehicle for an interior cleaning. Moving a customer's belongings to clean underneath them is one thing. Disturbing vehicle components and returning the vehicle with things loose or unsecured is something entirely different. Roda has offered to refund the detailing charge, but they have denied responsibility for the vehicle damage. I have made clear to them that the refund for a failed detail does not resolve the separate damage issue. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, based on both the condition my vehicle was returned in and Roda's response afterward, I cannot recommend trusting them with your vehicle.

Their records keeping is terrible. There have been times they don't write a ticket up, I just have a receipt from the clover system and then I can't prove that the bad job was them. Do not take your car here. Labor cost is too high to be subpar.
