"AA Gutter Cleaning" was Quick, professional, and down to earth. Very affordable as well. I confess I have not had gutters cleaned in 4 years. But recently I have heard that this is a common way that a house could catch fire. Us in the Bay Area have seen embers crossing high ways. But one source I read said that if those same embers were to land in your gutter they could easily catch fire. Not sure if that's true but I didn't want to take the risk. Wow! What great service. With so many companies in the Bay area it's sometimes hard to choose which one to go with. Justin did an amazing job on our gutters! We're not sure when the last time they were cleaned but Justin didn't rush and took his time to make sure all the gutters were cleaned properly. Justin just finished here and was fantastic! He arrived a few minutes early and walked around the house with me while I pointed out the problem downspouts. He noticed that we had a few spots on our gutters that were rusting and in pretty bad shape but was able to clean them out without doing any damage. We've had problems with leaves from neighbors' trees clogging up our gutters and downspouts. I was able to clean them with a makeshift pressure washer that I built for a couple of years. However, as the trees grew, so did the amount of leaves until my washer contraption was no longer good enough. A month or so ago, we noticed the AA Gutter Cleaning truck pull up to our neighbor and clear their gutters and downspouts. My wife talked to our neighbor and she told my wife how happy she was with their service and price. So my wife called AA Gutter Cleaning and Dean answered the phone quickly. He was very professional and pleasant and told my wife that his son, Justin, happens to be in the neighborhood and will be on his way over shortly. Sure enough, Justin showed up within an hour and acknowledged that he had worked on our neighbor's gutters and downspouts and quoted us the same labor price. He was very professional and pleasant as well and followed the health guidelines regarding the Corona Virus - a mask, distancing and contactless payment. He explained what he was going to do and what he might suggest after he sees where the problem spots are. He took about two and a half hours on our two-story house then called me. He told me what he saw and what he could do to alleviate our problem with leaves clogging up our gutter system. I took his suggestion. He did not try to oversell us - just enough so that we won't see the problem for a while.
