Now I know why they don't give any facts or invoice numbers on paperwork so you have no way of proving anything. They lie about having their own trucks and insurance when their terms and conditions clearly state they are just the opposite of what they claimed they are a BROKER!!! They also use the carriers insurance again from their terms and conditions!! They say all claims to be filed with the carrier who is only brokered by them proving they have no insurance. The big one is they claimed to be a AAA Shipper and even asked if we are members to receive discounts. I called less than 24 hour to tell them I want to cancel my 30 days out pickup. I see noting that makes me comfortable especially after reading the reviews others have had. They told me I can not have a refund it's like a plain ticket it is not refundable. So less than 24 hour I can not have a refund!! Beware this is shady Business practice!! I will never use this service even if I was thinking of taking their 12 month postponement of a payment for a car to be shipped!! I will eat my 1780.00 before I give these guys the business or my vehicle to handel read the reviews holding your car hostage without more money upon delivery and dropping it off sometimes hours away from the agreed upon address! I had an absolutely dreadful experience with AAA Anytime, and I feel compelled to share my terrible experience with others. This company is an absolute sham, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. First and foremost, AAA Anytime blatantly lied about owning their own vehicles and being a reputable auto transportation service. I contacted them for assistance with transporting my vehicle, and the gentleman on the phone assured me that they had their own fleet of vehicles and were not just a broker. I was promised exceptional customer support and a smooth process from start to finish. However, the moment they received my payment, everything changed. It was like night and day. The same gentleman who had promised me the world suddenly became evasive and refused to assist me in any way. It was as though he had vanished into thin air. Multiple attempts to contact AAA Anytime were met with utter silence. They would not answer calls, respond to emails, or provide any form of customer support. To make matters even worse, the delivery of my vehicle was significantly delayed. When the time finally came to pick up my car, the treatment I received from AAA Anytime was appalling. They were unbelievably rude to the dealership during the pickup process, to the point where the dealership was on the verge of refusing to release my vehicle to them. It was a complete embarrassment and further cemented the unprofessionalism of AAA Anytime. In summary, AAA Anytime is a deceitful and unreliable company. They falsely claim to own their own vehicles and refuse to provide any form of customer support once they have your money. Their lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding, and I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs. There are plenty of reputable auto transportation services out there, and AAA Anytime is certainly not one of them. Wish I was able to rate NEGATIVE stars!! This company was great to deal with in the beginning, all of my questions were answered, I felt comfortable to sign the contract and then WHAM! Delivery was changed on me the morning of the delivery, my vehicles were ABANDONED at an unknown town, with unknown people, forcing me to drive to pick up my own cars. When I contacted the company about what had happened the girl apologized and she told me to write a letter that would be forwarded to the owner. I never heard back from them. When we called them about the letter that was sent another customer service representative said that my letter was read, they said I was joke and the letter was deleted immediately then called me a liar and said that I was trying to scam the company. This company should be ashamed. I have absolutely no reason to lie about the events that happened. My vehicles were abandoned while I was en route moving from one state to another. I was literally driving on the freeway to our new home when I was told my vehicles would be left at persons home that I did not know at all and there was nothing I could do about it, even though I was completely honest about my time frame for delivery before, during and after pick up. Buyer Beware! The song and dance to lure you in is believable, but the actual product and service is the bottom of the barrel! I feel If they don't want to own up to their bad service, the least I could do is warn other potential unsuspecting people who may consider their service. Liars and cheats. My reviews keep getting removed. They used to write their own positive reviews but obviously yelp has caught on. Transported a vehicle from NC to FL and they were told to call the tow yard 2 hours before going. They did not and were not able to pick the car up the first time. Then they charged me a $200 fee for rescheduling, even though it was their own mistake. They, AGAIN, did not call the tow yard the second time but luckily they were still allowed to pick up the vehicle. I argued that I should not have to pay for their mistake and it was amazing the types of words that came out of their mouths. Do not use these people. The only positive reviews that are posted get removed a few weeks later when Yelp realizes they are from fake accounts. I hate to speak bad about family owned businesses, as they are the backbone of our nation, but you could clearly tell they had no accountability to anyone. The guy transferring the calls and the two handling the orders (one male and one female) always claim they have never spoken to you in the past even when you can clearly recognize their voices. read more

AAA Anytime was recommended to me by a coworker, who had shipped a car from Las Vegas to Seattle and back again. I contacted them and explained that my timeframe was tight. They were understanding and stated that, due to my rush nature, they would pick up within a 3 day period of the transaction. 2 days later, they called and a truck arrived. The driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing and when to expect the vehicle in San Francisco, 3 days later. 2 days later, I received a call from the driver in the late afternoon, who said he had expedited the trip because he knew the needs I had here, and would I be available to receive it in the evening or would I prefer to wait until the contracted delivery time in the morning. I said I would meet him and 4 hours later he unloaded my vehicle. I cannot speak highly enough about the courteous and efficient service I received. I will certainly use them again if I have a need, and have already recommended them to other people. read more

I didnt have much time to find a reliable and honest company....I Called AAA Anytime.... And Bill was so helpful and was able to find a Driver that was able to pick up the car within the two days... He was very professional and explained in detail the step by step process.They called to Follow Up. John (the driver) also called before Deliver and scheduled around me . Then I met the driver John ,from AAA Anytime, Transport. He was also such a pleasure to do business with and was on time before and after... He also called me several times to let me know the status of my car..... If I could sum up AAA Anytime in one word, it would be this: PROMPT! I specifically worked most with Rich and he was very professional, straightforward, and honest about every step of the process. It was immediately obvious that they work with a sense of urgency while being careful to be within the proper time frames presented to them. A plan and route was put into place PROMPTLY, I was always contacted PROMPTLY when changes would be made or action would be taken, and nothing proceeded without my say-so! I even hit a snag and had to cancel on them once and they still managed to keep at the excellent rate while working with my schedule change(s). I would definitely use this company again, no doubt!! My son has a Mustang Mach 1 which he treats like a baby. He went away to college and really wanted his car with him but didn't want to put the miles on it. We found this company and they were great to deal will. The office person, Peter was very knowledgeable, courteous and let me know the company was registered to provide the transportation needed. The driver was actually able to pick up the car earlier than planned which was wonderful. The driver was very nice. He took great care placing the car on the ruck and taking it off. The driver also kept communicating with estimated date and time of delivery as he traveled. I had no issues with this company. I did an online quote request where you receive a dozen calls and emails, I only answered because it was a local number. That's honestly why I chose them, I like to support local businesses. No idea how true their claims were, but I spent a little more than what other companies quoted ($1200 from NY to NV) I was happily surprised it was a closed carrier. I felt terrible because the car wouldn't start on drop off, and had a flat tire to boot. The driver was gracious and never complained, I helped unload it and I had no extras fees incurred for it not running. The pick up was on time, delivery was maybe a day later than quoted? I can't rmemember because I was in no hurry. I'd do business with them again for sure. read more

To Whom it May Concern, I paid $748 to have my 2009 VW Passat moved from L.A. to Georgia. I was in L.A. for the pick up, which went great. The driver called me in the morning and then picked up at 4pm as we agreed on. For the delivery, you said it "should" take 5 days ("should" due to possible bad weather,) I figured there was no way you'd deliver on time because it's been rough weather everywhere, but you got to GA in 5 days & I am so thankful you insisted on a delivery person in case I wasn't there yet - you were right :) My dad said the driver was a "good" guy and my Passat looked good.
