We have a large dog who tracks in dirt and dander and is known to slobber on toys and treats (and also occasionally vomit up said treats). I didn't even really notice the pet odor until Jeff took care of it and it wasn't there anymore! He did a deep clean and also got out all of the stains (despite my prior attempts at removing them). It didn't take long at all. He took care to dry the carpet as much as possible, and gave good advice on future stain removal. Originally I called him last month to regrout outdoor stairs tile. In the course of removing the…read moregrout , he said that the underlayment was water damaged and he removed 5 treads of tile to explore and possibly replace the undergarment. It was water damaged, and the risers and the treads had to be replaced. However, he "doesn't do wood "so I had to engage someone else to replace the plywood on the risers and the treads, which I did. He returned and we went jointly to Dahl tile to have me buy some Triton water board and some red guard for waterproofing. He wanted me to use a Schluter metal edge guard as opposed to replicating the original 45° mitered edge where the riser tile and the tread tile come together in a grouted joint. That design change ( which is easier on the installer) would result in a metal half inch rim /strip running across the top of all the stairs risers . I have quite a bit of this tile inside and outside my house and it's all done in that tile edge to tile edge fashion without an intervening and visible metal strip He said he's unable to adjust his tile saw to that 45 degree angle and was not gonna be able to apply the tile in the original angled edge to angled edge configuration withOUT the Schluter edge. I asked him why he's telling me after he had removed the tile and a visit to the Dahl tile that he could not install the tile in the original configuration . He became annoyed and agitated and essentially walked off from the job site at 10am with the removed tile and 5 buckets of trash and a stack of unused triton board that I had paid for (that he did not fully install ) .,,,, just sitting there on my patio I never heard from him again. I never had anybody walk off a job site like that , especially after getting that deep into the job. Maybe he is good with grout repair ... Doubt I will ever know .

If I could give negative stars it would be at least negative 10…read more Stay away from this service provider and from Peter. He charged me $1500 for a shower tile cleaning and regrouting. No words needed, just take a look at the pictures. In addition to that, I have not been provided with a written estimate. We agreed on $540 for tile cleaning, repairs, recaulking for a shower + $125 for bathtub recaulking. When he started the work he suggested to redo grouting for the whole shower: I'll do it for one fifty" he said. I repeated to make sure "one fifty"? Yes. So I assumed he'll charge me an additional $150 for regrouting. It turned out he meant $1500. This business should not be on a market at all. I was not provided with any receipt as well. Update. The answer from Peter is just a joke. The pictures he provided as "before" are actually pictures "after" so nothing changed accept for the neat unsanded grout that I had was removed and replaced with rough sanded grout, the excess of which was not removed properly, so my whole shower has a rough surface now. Very hard to clean surface. One more time - pictures Peter provided in his reply are pictures "after" not "before", so he didn't even clean the tile in corners! (I paid him for tile cleaning and regrouting. (I didn't pay you $550 for four corners- are you insane?! The estimate included thorough cleaning!!! Which you did do as well. My shower actually looked better before, I regret that I ever hired you. I doubt that any of 4-5 starts reviews are true customers' reviews. I regret that I didn't check all of them before hiring. He mentioned that they could also refinish the engineered hardwood floors, which had started to look pretty worn from the last tenants. And, he said they could also clean and seal the Saltillo tile at the outdoor patio. He explained exactly what they would do to clean up the finishes, which products they would use to refinish and seal them, and how long each endeavor would take. The next day, Peter and his crew were out in force, they did what they said they would and everything looked spectacular. Peter even came out the next day to make final touches on the shower. I really couldn't be happier with the work they did, inside and out. I recommend them highly for the quality of their work and professional integrity.
