This guy claims to have good deals but when he shows up he doesn't honor them. He told me he had a special for 2 rooms for $75. When he showed up he told me the deal doesn't apply because my rooms were too big. They are normal bedrooms, we don't even have a master bedroom. The entire house is under 750 square feet. After I purchased the Yelp deal Ed and Stephen came to my condo for a cleaning. They did a very thorough job cleaning the carpet and I could see all the dirty water being pumped out of their portable cleaning machine. There were a few nasty stains on the carpet that required special chemicals. Ed gave helpful advice on how to block it out. I am considering using AAA's maid service as well. These are CRAFTSMAN who come into your home with ability, style and tons of 1st hand knowledge to restore your carpet to its original color and luster. AMAZING! I have used many cleaning firms in the past, including renting a machine myself (big mistake of time and money), and none have even come close to what Ed does! Our carpet, even though had traffic stains, looks again like new! He has the tools, materials, and most importantly that artisan touch of an expert to get the job done right. Ed was MORE concerned than I was with perfection! He and his team were even able to come out that same evening. Sometimes you never know what you're going to get when you locate a service online but they did an outstanding job. Beautiful job and straight forward answers. Edwin stopped by to see if a burn in a client's berber carpet could be repaired or if it would all unravel - he was straight up on nixing the repair as it would only cause more damage. Thinking all was lost, he managed to get those nasty filthy carpets bright and clean again. Except for the burn, they look fabulous. I couldn't believe the difference in color. Amazing. I have to rave about AAA, they saved the day this past weekend for me and I couldn't be more appreciative. I was stuck in a bind with my management company at the apartment I was moving out of. They unexpectedly dropped it on me and my roommate right before moving out that the carpets need to be steam cleaned or they would charge me $120 (they were not even dirty, but this is their policy they said). A friend suggested renting a machine from a local grocery store and when I advised the manager I was going to do that, she told me that it needed to be done professionally. So, I called AAA the day of and they came out, honored the $75 Yelp deal and didn't charge me the same day service fee. I feel awful because I do not remember the man's name who came out to do the work but he was so friendly, extremely helpful and understanding. I really am so glad that I found them on Yelp and I will be sure to spread the word about how great they did on the carpets and what they did for us. I plan to call them up soon to clean the carpets in our new condo and our living room set. I highly recommend this company and will only use them from now on! They really hooked us up!!! I can't thank them enough for doing such a wonderful job on my carpet. I have light beige carpet and with 3 kids that are always running around the house with their dirty shoes, dropping drinks everywhere, I thought the carpet was at the point of no return. I decided to try and get the carpet cleaned to hold off on changing it to wood flooring, since that was going to be quite expensive. I never thought it could be cleaned to look like new again. I called this company because of the reviews I'd read on Yelp... No one I knew in the Long Beach area had their carpets cleaned recently. Our Townhouse is in Long Beach and I didn't want to 'throw a dart' at a Yellow Page, so I relied on Yelp. I spoke with Edwin on the phone and he gave me an idea of how much it would run, VERY reasonable! I hoped it wasn't too good to be true and I booked it for 8am this morning. --- Edwin and his co-worker showed up at 8am sharp!! Looked over all the carpet throughout, including stairs and bedrooms and true to their quote the price was the same. --- I can't believe how CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL my carpet now looks!!!
