Originally, we were only looking to restuff the cushions of our couch and love seat with firmer material (which are now extremely comfortable) but ended up also having him completely redo 6 kitchen chairs with new padding, new leather upholstery that matched the old perfectly, and rivets. The chairs look and feel amazing! Additionally, Al restored the leather on a 20 year old recliner and it looks like new. It was a pleasure to work with Al. He is extremely responsive and helpful, and the workmanship is top quality. We extended the life of every piece we brought him by years! After you stained it you jammed an ornate hook into the key hole and put the old hardware back on. It left imprints into the wood. You can see it now after I had to have someone else put the new hardware on. The stain is beautiful but you didn't listen to what I said. The first thing you did when I came was check the envelope for the cash without an apology. And if you try to say you have no record of me, I have the receipt and the pic of the desk in my house.
