I called 911 on Tuesday afternoon and was able to get an appointment the following day. The technician arrived on time and actually wore shoe covers inside the house which was greatly appreciated. He was polite, professional and efficient. He cleaned and flushed the unit in under an hour. He showed me the filter before he cleaned it and said that I should be cleaning it at least once every 1-2 years. The tech worked quietly and didn't leave a mess when he left. I was VERY rudely told this 100% satisfaction guarantee ends at the 30 day mark. If anything goes wrong with their work past this point they will not come out unless you pay them to.
