Believe me, I've called a few others prior, they either gave me unreasonable quotes or played phone tag or have receptionists (who can't answer technical questions) answering their calls. I can tell from the way Ron worked that he knew what he was doing. In fact, his work was swift yet tidy. He was able to troubleshoot and work around snags when needed. When the work was all completed, there was no mess left behind, no stray hardware left on the floor. Everything that needed to be hauled away and dumped was loaded on his truck.
