They had excellent reviews by customers and a 4.9 star rating. We gave them a call and were told they could be here today between 12:30pm and 2:30pm. Elad was very punctual and arrived at exactly 12:30pm. He took a look at our garage door and assessed the situation. The bolts on our garage door needed to be tightened. Many had become loose over time. He increased the tension of the spring coils because our garage door off balance and he replaced all the metal rollers within the metal track. He said it would take him about 45 minutes to fix. Everything worked out great. He did exactly as he had promised and with great efficiency. He made sure to show us, before he left, what got replaced. The garage door opens and closes so much smoother and better than before. It's much quieter too. Elad, was very professional and kind. He did an amazing job fixing our garage door. My husband and I appreciated that he could fix it the same day we called. I have a single garage door which acts as a "gate" to a covered carport. The door had become heavy…read moreto lift and looked off balance. I called Lee on Tuesday and arranged for an estimate. He gave me a tentative quote over the phone. He came the next day, calling to see if he could come earlier when his schedule opened up. He arrived when expected and determined the spring needed replacing as well. This was not surprising as the spring dated back to 1984 and I had been expecting it might be the root of the problem with the door. It had the only spring that had never been replaced on my 3 garage doors. I asked him to also quote doing maintenance on a manual lift single garage door that I had trouble opening and the double door which has an automatic opener. For that one, I wanted to make sure there wasn't a problem being masked by the electric door opener still being able to lift the door. The estimate was very reasonable and his work time estimate was very accurate. He completed the repairs and went over all that he did with me. Of course, he lubricated the rollers on all 3 doors. The single manual lift door's track was too close to the rollers so he adjusted it. It now opens easily. He tightened the 2 heavy duty springs on the double door by a quarter turn, tightened some screws on some of the the hinges between the sections of the old '80's style wooden door and adjusted it so that the door didn't hit the garage floor hard on the way down and had a soft stop when being raised. These will improve the lifespan of the electric garage door opener. I do have a small bit of daylight under the door at the outside edges that he said he would change that if I preferred, but that would mean a hard landing in the middle of the door. It is a known problem with this style of door that the center sags over time. I opted for protecting the lifespan of the door opener. As for the initial reason for the repair visit, the carport garage door lifts extremely easily now. He exceeded the original quote for that door only by the cost of the new spring and the labor to install it. And, of course, the total job cost included the added work I requested he do on the other 2 doors. He also advised me on an issue with the carport door latch. I can replace the latch at my leisure as the latch can still be locked.
