I could not be more lucky in 2022 to find a threading/wax spot in West Torrance. I have been driving so far to get them done that when I passed a spot between work and home I thought I had imagined it. Divya is amazing. With over ten years of experience she is a pro at brows. I need mine done every three weeks and I now have the perfect place to call my home spot. I'm coming back in a week for a facial and a wax appointment. I have turned three different salon visits that used to be in different towns to one spot. My first time here and will be a returning customer. The work here is first class. I got my lip, eyebrow threading and tint and now I think I'm SO CUTE and so ready for the weekend in Palm Springs. A lot of threading shops don't offer tinting so I ran here when I found out that this service was offered. A tidbit about me, I'm one of the most critical customers, like I will inspect the work sure that something will need to be corrected. Not the case here, I had nothing to say but thank you and I'll see you in two weeks! Another thing is that I don't feel like my skin is being cut up while getting threaded. It's so tough to find a good eyebrow place, a place where the technician does not rush, does not leave you with a red rash, and does not leave your face a mess with hairs. And also a place that manages to get you in and out without waiting an hour. This location does all those things, for the positive, and will leave you pleased upon leaving. The manager here is friendly and has her technique on point--she won't give you pointy brows or leave you with sparse to nothing hair left. The only negative is the aloe gel has a bit of a strong scent for me, I might bring my own next time since I am sensitive to certain smells. I'm grateful they moved to the neighborhood and hope to return soon! read more

There are multiple people working here and some are better than others. I've come in a few times, the first few were great. I started to notice acne forming around the area where my eyebrows were being threaded, I'm not sure if they change always change the thread between each client since i've never had a similar issue with any other threading place. Recently I came in for just a "clean up". My eyebrows are very thick and shaped already, I just wanted a few hairs around to be shaped and cleaned up. The first picture below is my eyebrows a little before being threaded, the second picture is after. She took off WAY too much hair for just a "clean up". I also feel they way that this situation was handled could have been a lot more professional. I noticed she was very hesitant on showing me how eyebrows in the mirror and almost rushed me out. Once I looked at my eyebrows in the car I noticed how much hair was actually taken off. The next day after the area that was threaded was very irritated (This has never happened before). I recommend trying somewhere else that can be more consistent with how your eyebrows look. I also would recommend somewhere else that won't just take off hair without consulting the client. read more
