The microwave display was not functioning correctly and we had another company come out twice before and couldn't get it working although they changed out several parts. And when we asked the salesperson for something comparable to what we were looking at, hoping maybe for a brand we hadn't considered, they weren't very forthcoming - do you have Subzero? Do you have Kitchenaid? etc. If we couldn't think of a brand name off the top of our head, it wasn't suggested. Prices are not displayed on many appliances - we had to ask, and the salesperson had to go look it up each time.
